Mojo Moves® is a retro feel-good workout which combines comedy with proper dance aerobics. Yes, you heard that right, comedy, But that doesn't mean we don't take your wellbeing seriously. I'm Cheryl Sprinkler, fully qualified (ETM Level 2) & insured. Celebrity wellness guru & High Priestess of DISCO. At the back end of the 1970s I was dancing on Top of the Pops when a guy called Marty McFly showed up in a DeLorean and whisked me off to the 1980s. There I started work as an aerobics instructor and in 1987 I was cryogenically frozen and have pretty much been defrosted every decade since, so my knowledge is broad, musical taste eclectic (spanning many eras) and skin as youthful and elastic as the day I was thawed. I've got your back and the key to getting your mojo back. So dig out your mix tapes and let's release your inner backing dancer. Two left feet welcome. You can join classes LIVE, online or on demand or book us for your hen, birthday, Christmas or leaving do. We also run silent disco tours & events and work with schools, colleges, charities and corporate businesses providing wellbeing sessions. Come and join us - reclaim your mojo back from the Universe!

Valentines Silent Disco and tour
From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. We laughed, we danced, we shared and we gained a lot of mostly hilarious information about Frome.
I would wholeheartedly recommend anything that Mojo Moves do and that includes all of their tours as there is always a grounded intelligence and playfulness. Thank you for a lovely, different, insightful and most importantly, a fun Valentines night out. We hope that you’ll do it again next year.

We booked to go on a My Funny Valentine…
We booked to go on a My Funny Valentine silent disco tour of Frome. Much fun, much dancing and much laughing. Cheryl took us on an unusual very funny tour around Frome bringing joy and a sparkly sprinkling of Mojo magic wherever we went. So much more fun than a Valentine meal! Excellent play list, totally immersive, would definitely recommend.

A wonderful way to find your mojo in these cold winter months. Great workout, brilliant music, and fun. The class would appeal to all ages - I am almost 66 but it takes me back to my youth when I did aerobics. The lights are turned low so you don’t have to feel embarrassed about not being stick thin or if you can’t keep up. Whatever you do movement is good and you are not being judged. My blood pressure lowered so worth going. My personal preference would be if the moves were repeated more as it takes a couple of moves just to get into what to do next by which time it’s changed again But like I’ve said any movement is good and I worked up a sweat most important I came out rejuvenated with a smile on my face.

Fabulous experience so have signed up for 10 sessions. Makes me smile throughout the whole session - decided 2025 was going to be fun and this is a brilliant way to start - thoroughly enjoying myself.

Best class EVER
Its no over statement to say that Mojo Moves is one of the highlights of my week. Often hilarious and always brilliant music coupled with the kind of literal acting-out movements that often have me laughing out loud. Plus, its great all-round exercise. Best class ever, ever-ever, ever-EVER (that ear worm is probably from a class) 💥

The dance exercise is really fun with lots of variety and led in an entertaining way. Would totally recommend as a way of getting a good aerobic work out
