5 starts isn’t enough!I recommend this company to anyone needing a website. Mojo websites, in particular Joe has been managing my website for over a year now and I haven’t had one problem with it! Whenever I have any queries or need to change something it’s never too much to ask. He goes above and beyond to meet his customers needs. I am so happy with his service and quality of website that he is now creating my second website for another business!! I’m pretty sure I will be returning for any further websites needed in the future!!

I believe that any 1-star review of a business that you have not spent a single penny on underpins how unreasonable the review is.
Either way, you are correct in part! Much like every other pay monthly design agency available on the internet, it clearly states on our website that work begins after the first months' payment. For us, that is between £19 and £39, depending on your website size. After this first payment, we not only make an entire customized website, but we cover the cost of registering your domain and setting up hosting space. Pretty incredible value some would say - which I guess is why we had a sparkling 5 Star rating before you :)
As I mentioned before, this is how every single one of our competitors work... and rightly so. In fact, we are one of a small selection that does not ask for an upfront setup fee of several hundred pounds - so I fear you will be in for a shock when you continue your search for a designer.
Moving on, we actually do not plague anyone with emails. We take soft selling to a whole new level, it is a philosophy of ours that often gets shown appreciation. What you are referring to, is the payment processor that would be emailing you automatically, reminding you of an unpaid invoice. It does this once every 2 days, up to 4 times max. I personally sent you an email telling you that you don't have to pay, and can ignore any automated invoice reminders until you are ready for work to begin. Quite astonishing to publicly compare that to begging...
Perhaps you can learn from this experience though - for future reference you should have either read our product page (it's very clear and short) to learn how it works. Or simply told us that you don't want to pay anything upfront once the first invoice was sent to you, we could have very easily closed your account so no more reminders got sent and even recommended other companies to you - although, they would also charge you upfront.

Really excellent service. They ported the basic contents of our original and rather dull website to something that looks a lot better, with a minimum of fuss. The one issue that we had (from a third-party plugin) was responded to immediately and solved within hours. Great continuing service, including helping our team to be able to maintain the new site.

I really can't begin to adequately explain how good and helpful these guys are. They started literally from scratch with my ideas which were all over the place, and within a few days, the start of a great website was all ready. I've made many alterations over the course of a month or so, and no matter what I've asked them to do, nothing is ever a problem, but most importantly they don't just agree with you on anything, they will tell you if your idea really isn't going to work and help you find a better solution for it. Absolutely brilliant service at a great price. Highly recommended people, you will find it hard to find a better service (if at all)
