Had trouble with dpd delivery but MOJU had no issue resolving the problem asap couldn’t ask for better customer service absolutely amazing 5 ⭐️

Great customer service to compliment the best products on the market. One of my bottles had leaked and my delivery arrived damaged, Moju organised a replacement bottle on the same day :)

I'm reviewing 2 things here.
1. The amazing service I got from Alex.

I messed up my order and put my old address on the order. I was annoyed but it was clearly my fault. I emailed (on a saturday) thinking my message would probably arrive too late, and my money would be wasted. Given it was my error Moju could have said 'sorry nothing we can do'.

Instead Alex picked up my message on a Saturday afternoon and sprang into action ( I can only assume). The next thing I knew he'd completely resolved the issue without even any back and forth etc and emailed me to let me know.

I wasn't actually expecting this because I'd seen some of the negative reviews here and I was completely at fault.

So a huge thank you to Alex.

2. I've the product. We've been on it daily for nearly 2 year now (except when I forget to order). I love the way it tastes, especially the extra strong ginger & the berry immunity one.

I haven't done a scientific survey but my wife and I swear by it, especially when it comes to fighting off colds, and me for my gut health (which used to be terrible).

Also I like the points loyalty reward system.

The only criticism I would have would be regarding their website, but I'd rather give that directly in a survey as constructive criticism.

Been getting a subscription for a long time. Amazing customer service, very responsive to questions and queries. I do believe the shots have helped to ward off every illness my toddler/now school age boy has brought home. I have ginger, raspberry immunity and a gut health one.

This drink has made a positive difference to my chronic hip pain. It isn't to my taste but you get used to it, and its well worth taking it.

I have been using the ginger and the turmeric shots for over a year now and can’t fault the quality. The ordering system is really easy to use and on the occasion I’ve had to deal with customer service due to DPD losing my order replacements have been issued swiftly. Absolutely can’t fault this company or their products. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service when I emailed about an order. Got a reply within 5 minutes and my missing items were ordered immediately. Really good products too! :)

Besides a fantastic product in the Peruvian Fresh Root Ginger shots, my experience over the past 2 years, I have enjoyed nothing but a top class operation with a subscription system in which I can control my order date, quantity and frequency. I live on Scottish Island and between order date and delivery is only 3 days. Item originates in the South of England around or near London. It is transported in well insulated with recyclable padded paper and a frozen pack to keep it cool. Only this past month a glitch in their system meant a delay in delivery. The response was immediate and issue resolved. Original subscription arrived and an extra order of the smallest quantity was immediately dispatched at no charge to myself. This arrived today 5/9/24. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amazing products,normally buy from retailers but this time went through online and a variety of new flavours. So quick and easy to purchase with discount codes at the ready. There was a slight problem with one code and they responded within minutes to resolve.. highly recommended!!

I complained about something and their reaction was unbelievable! They reimbursed me IMMEDIATELY. They kept me completely in the loop to let me know what they were doing to resolve the issue. I've been having the Moju shots for a while and on a mission to convert my family. I tried them all and was impressed by the powerful, zesty kick of fresh ingredients. I recently contacted customer service and they have sorted my issue out within minutes. I was very impressed. Overall, my experience with Moju drinks has been positive despite the friend referral not working.

Havent had a cold for like 4 months after taking this every morning. Absolutely amazing stuff

I enjoy taking Moju Tumeric Shot, because of the proven anti inflammatory health benefits. Bought 2 last week at Sainsburys and to my surprise noticed the colour not as concentrated and deep yellowish as it used to be. Its appeared thinned down. This is coming from someone who has been recommending this drink to friends family members in the last two years. For the first time, I decided to take a close look at the ingredients and saw that the Tumeric Root in it is only 18%. For the price each bottle sells for, this is disappointing. There has to be one with higher quality. I will go online , do thorough research and hopefully find a better one.

I want to start my review on a positive note, by stating the ginger shots have made a massive difference to my energy levels and immune system.

I like to take a shot daily, sometimes multiple times in a day if I am run down or feel a cold coming on. They are tasty, I enjoy the burn. I attempted to make my own at home before discovering moju and always failed until recently.

My biggest reason for giving only 3 stars is the price. There are only 7 shots per bottle and the bottles cost over £5 each including a subscription box discount. This means having to order at least 5/6 bottles to be able to take one shot daily for the month. Even more if you want to take more than one per day. This very quickly becomes a pricey subscription. Individual shots from a supermarket are almost £2 each.

The other issue I had was that I never received my subscription on the delivery date that was stated on my account. It was despatched on that date but never delivered. I would always receive my subscription box 2/3 days later than the date I was due to receive it. Also they have stopped free delivery no matter how much you spend so I was always charged for this on my subscription which bumps up the cost even further.

Lastly, I was not able to update my payment information so I ended up cancelling my subscription. I did intend on restarting it. However, I did eventually find the perfect ginger shot recipe that was almost identical to the moju shots and has the same effect.

It is very quick and easy to do at home, plus it works out at a fraction of the price. I have listed the recipe I use below:-

-400ml of orange juice.
-70-80g of fresh ginger, roughly chopped (you can experiment with the amount of ginger you use).
- 1 x apple roughly chopped (core removed).
- Juice of 1 x small sized lemon or 1/2 large lemon.
- Acerola cherry powder (optional, I don't use this but they are in the moju shots, its pricey but available online).

Put the above ingredients in a blender and the strain into a jug using a fine mesh strainer. I have found using the recipe above makes a number of shots, that taste the same and have the same affect as the moju ones. You can also use different fruit juices if you don't like the taste. Pineapple takes the edge off the ginger.

Going forward I will continue to use this recipe to save money. It made me realise how expensive these shots really are and IMO overpriced.

I haven't tried the other products.

I have suffered from shoulder pain for the last 12 months however after taking Moju Turmeric for a month it is so much better. Psychological? maybe but if it works don't knock it. Have now introduced the ginger shots to my daily routine, absolutely love it. I do buy from my local supermarket but unfortunately they do not stock the extra ginger but hopefully they will do in the future. Reluctant to get involved in subscription from the company.
