Really lovely quality watches
Really lovely quality watches, stylish design. Not a heavy watch to wear and comes in nice packaging. I ordered the leather strap model and ordered the bracelet to change the look of the watch, and the bracelet straps are great too.

It’s amazing how I could order on the same day in December a bathroom suit from the uk and a washing machine motor from Spain , both ordered the same time as the watch ...... both arrived before Christmas but for the watch as they cannot send it out until the 28th ! Hmmm. What’s going on there ?

We have tried reaching out to you by email with no response.
there was a pop up on the website that had been running since the 12th of December that stated that no orders would be dispatched between the 16th and the 28th of December. On the 28th, all orders were sent out. This information was also displayed in our 'Christmas Shipping Information' page.
We are really sorry you are not happy with our service, however this was explained clearly multiple times on the website.

You placed your order on the 16/12/17 at 8.52pm - there is a pop up on the website that has been running since the 12th of December that states that no orders are being dispatched between the 16th and the 28th of December. On the 28th, all orders will be sent out as normal. This information is also displayed in our 'Christmas Shipping Information' page.
