And I truly mean 24/7 even with the time difference from the United States to Uganda. He helped me with our visas and he even got us a room upgrade due to it being our wedding anniversary at no extra charge by working with the hotel staff. He’s one of the most professional and kindest people I have met during my travel planning. Then, when landing in Kisoro to start our gorilla trek , we were introduced to our guide named Abdul. We really loved Abdul. He was extremely professional knowledgeable and also has a great sense of humor! I would recommend everyone asking for him as my guide on a Ugandan safari. He was even kind enough to loan me some cash to buy a souvenir when I had run out which I paid him back. There an ATM stop on the way to the airport.
