Monex is always up to date with what's happening in the metals market and my rep, Nav, is always willing to go out of his way to answer my questions with patience. I feel comfortable working with Monex and have been a customer for over 10 years. Their pricing is very competitive with what I'm seeing in the market place and usually a little lower overall.

My Monex representative is wonderful; however, Monex was forced to switch the depository that they use with Goldstar Trust, and they did not notify their customers. I had to ship my silver to another depository, costing over $4000, and it took over one month. During this delay, the price of gold that I was trying to buy with the sell of the silver, increased by about 5%.
Monex is great to work with, but their recommended company for handling IRA accounts, Goldstar Trust, is absolutely horrible.
