I ordered a tracksuit from money clothing a day ago the order got cancelled because the item was out of stock on the website it did not say that so i ordered they cancelled it i have been emailing them all day not responding i have sent them a dm on instagram no reply I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE

Received item , had very strange smell coming from item requested refund verynpoor communication and refund refused
Worst company ever do not buy direct from them they are terrible and never reply

Bought a reflective Money jacket for my son 6 weeks ago and its fallen apart Big hole down the side stitiching undone. The waterproof lining has crumbled away. The reflective coating has worn off in patches on the back, sides and neck Thank goodness i didnt pay full price What rubbish, never have i seen clothing wear out so quick PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY just because it looks good and has a high price does not indicate that its a prime item DONT BE fooled x

My son has a few items of Money Clothing in his ever growing wardrobe. Being a teenage lad, he wants to wear the trendy brands and this is certainly one of them. He’s had lots of compliments on T-shirts he’s worn and I recently bought my niece a pair of shorts for her birthday. Lovely quality!

Shocked about the quality and customer services, had a polo shirt with pink detail as a gift forcthe pink paint to flake off, poor response from money CS offering 15% of the website, why would I buy more, disappointed with a company that says they grow by word of mouth!!

Terrible quality clothing for super high prices. When this brand first come out it stood out to me as its very much my style. After buying a tracksuit and a couple more bottoms I found it the quality is not there.

I washed the tracksuit only to find the logo faded and colour faded after 1 wash, I then took it to the dry cleaners it just got worse. The material and products used are cheap and they print a logo on and charge a lot for it. A fake from Turkey would probably be better quality

Placed order 10th of January for BLACK AND WHITE puffer jacket. Received BLACK AND GREY.

Called them few times about it and sent them emails with pictures showing colour glitch on their website.

Been told not to worry about because they will put my exchange on hold and make sure with their manager I will get correct BLACK AND WHITE this time.

I received my exchange last Friday to find out they put BLACK AND GREY again!!!! Their team is a joke and cut sort out simple thing while promising the best service.

I lost 20 days so far since my order and been told to send the wrong one 2nd time back again so they will MAKE SURE to send me the good one this time...

I expected to use this jacket this winter but few more times like this and maybe I will finally get the right one for next winter or not...

I got sent the incorrect order so rang them, lovely lady on the phone resent my order via next day delivery for me and sent me a free returns label so i could send the incorrect order back to them when i could, this was sent back today and my correct coat arrived today thank you so much!

My recent order was too small and they don't offer free returns so i paid £5.55 to send the item back and they took £5.95 off my refund from original shipping so technically lost over £10 from ordering and returning… I contacted them as well to tell them they’ve received the order as i hadn’t heard from them, i got the return tracked and signed for and customer service was pretty good in the way after a day or so i got a email saying they're still working with returns from black Friday and Christmas but could speed the return process if given tracking reference which i did and the refunds in now. haven’t had a problem before other then sizes always come up different some times i’m small, medium sometimes i’m large it is frustrating but i do love the brand have worn for years i’d just recommend not ordering from money directly if you might return the item. other shops do sell money with better returns policy… jd, footasylum etc..

Ordered women "over-sized" size L (in my eyes and size guide something between size L and XL) and got something like 2XL men size. Their answer was its over-sized. I don't understand why they think I not ordered size 2xl instead L oversized if I needed size 2xl. Bonus was they didn't pay for return postage. This isn't something horrible but I'm sure will not buy from this shop again.

Ordered at the beginning of September, received half of my order 2 weeks later (despite paying for express shipping) I was told the other half is out of stock (still on sale on the website) so they just didn’t send it. Agreed to a smaller size with customer support which hasn’t been dispatched despite many emails chasing them up.

Dealt with Asher and this took place between 5th of September and the 10th of October.

I've ordered on the 24/8 and had no confirmation to say my order has been dispatched - we are now on the 30th. Emailed and had no response so I'm slightly apprehensive as to when or if my order is going to be dispatched. Will leave it a couple more days and if ive had no correspondence will cancel payment with my bank.
*** Update on 31/8. I managed to find the number and ring Money Clothing and asked for a refund as the order hasn't been despatched yet as they can't locate the top***.From now on I'll be buying through a retailer and not the company.

I have ordered and paid for goods but they never arrived . Was told by courier that they were returned because of bad paperwork . Have written over 50 emails but no reply--this is either a scam or is run by total fools - never trust these people!!!!!

Trying to deal with Liam is very slow and painful.

I have been battling back and forth to talk to this company. When Liam replies he's very polite, but polite doesn't give me what I want.

I bought a tracksuit in December. I received the tracksuit and immediately saw it was very very small so I contacted money clothing and asked if I could either exchange or return it. I spoke to Liam and Liam said I can return the item, I explained that I shouldn't have to pay postage as the tracksuit is extremely small sized the tracksuit bottoms were like leggings on a male, we looked at the model who was wearing a size medium and the model was a similar build to the male who was having this tracksuit, the top part of the tracksuit was extremely tight fitting like a bodycon top and it's stuck to the armpits I tried the tracksuit on and I'm a size 8 female and the tracksuit was as if it was made for my size which is very strange. So after Liam decided to reply a week later he said I can return the item and gave me postage return form, bear in mind it's painfully slow to deal with moneyclothing so we're now at 14th of January. So on the 14th of January I sent back the tracksuit via royal mail and followed the tracking, it was delivered to moneyclothing on Monday the 17th of January, I contacted moneyclothing and again Liam responded- this was on 21st of January, Liam told me that I need to wait a week and that I only sent the item back on the 17th and they haven't received it yet, when in fact I sent the item on the 14th and they received it on the 17th and I showed evidence via pictures to the email address and since then I've had no response. Today is the 25th and still no response. I also emailed Liam and moneyclothing 24th and 25th. Please avoid this company as it's very stressful trying to communicate. They're absolutely useless and for the price they charge for the tracksuits they need to hire someone other than poor Liam.

one star rate due to the fact that's its taken nearly 3weeks to have a return and refund sorted and yet this still hasn't....happened all i keep getting told is its in processing still....i think personally the company like taken money but not returning for goods what were bad quality

I've ordered a few times from Money clothing. The clothes are all nice quality and fit well, apart from the boxers...they were rather cheap and lasted a couple months. But the real problem is if you need to contact Money then you're in for a rather long wait and the excuse always seems to be covid.

So I ordered in Wednesday 29/12/21 for next day delivery. Only today 4/1/22 do I get an email saying my delivery will be made on 6/1/22, how truly shocking when I explicitly paid for next day delivery at £5.95.

This company took my money and never delivered my order! scammers, do not buy anything from them!

My husband has ordered a sweater as part of the Black Friday deals he then got an email to say the item was out of stock on the 16th of December, fine no problem picked another item which they replied saying they had to get stock from elsewhere but will send it next day delivery, fine no problem it’s now the 30th of December and no updates and no replies to emails. We have emailed to ask for a refund today, if you want money clothing try going to a retailer who stocks their items as you will probably get a swifter transaction
