Sign the agreement and receive the funds. How to pay off a loan: 1. In the mobile app or on moneyveo.ua 2. Online payment services, from your card via EasyPay, Portmone, City24 online services, in internet banking; 3. Self-service terminals, via City24, PrivatBank, EasyPay payment terminals, at bank branches.

Moneyveo is used for passport scan frauds
Moneyveo.ua is used for passport scan frauds
In January 2021 my girlfriends son was exposed to a passport scan fraud via Moneyveo.ua . They now continue to claim money from them, but money was never was paid to him and he never made an account there.
When they claim evidence for his account and loan of money, they just say that the credit will be transferred to another credit collector.
Scam also described in Kiev Post in article from 2018, where it is described that more than 1000 people already then have been exposed to the same scam/fraud.

We are very upset about your story.
We couldn't see reviews on this site until recently. If this problem is still relevant, then we ask you to do the next:
1. Contact the police with the application as for this fraud scam.
2. Take the special document called an extract from the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations.
3. Send a photo of this document to Moneyveo support@moneyveo.ua. Our company will fix it and will wait for the results of the investigation.
4. After the completion of the case, – send to support@moneyveo.ua a photo/scan copy of the court decision or other document confirming the result of the criminal investigation, in which you were recognized as a victim of fraud or, on the contrary, the case was closed due to the absence of a crime.
Important! After receiving the documents from you, the company will make a decision on further work with the credit agreement. If you are indeed found to be a victim, Moneyveo will not make a claim on you to repay the loan.
