Not only do they have beautiful lingerie but they are fantastic to work with! Every time I have reached out they have gotten back to me quickly and with top tier solutions. Cannot recommend them more for their lovely products, great prices, and amazing customer service.
In our initial experience in 2022, the owner of the company (Carine) directly communicated with us and was willing to help with incorrect shipping charges and lost items in the mail. Further, when the lost items ended up arriving much later, she was kind enough to give them to us for free. More recently, she was willing to put together a custom order for us that met our needs perfectly. And the cherry on top? The lingerie is amazing, some of the best we have ever seen, comfortable/sexy enough to make us customers for life.

As a small chested gal, I loved that I was able to find an outfit that fit my whole body, from top to bottom! Further, there was a mix up in delivery by USPS and i reached out to Mon Paradis, specifically Corin, to see what I should do. My concerns were heard and I was promised a new delivery if USPS didn't find my order. The entire time I was working on this issue, I had such quick responses from Corin. I highly recommend their product and service!
Mon Paradis Lingerie has been a great find, an overall excellent store with quality elegant lingerie and sleepwear items. I’ve been able to find lots great gift ideas for the last. Sizes have been very accurate and customer service is always exceptional.
I have ordered two products from this store. The first time the garter belt was poorly sewn. However, the store quickly replaced it with another one that was of poor quality. I ordered a few months later another garter belt which was much better sewn and of superior quality. I was very pleased with the latest purchase.

Scam site. They kept "accidentally" sending me the wrong tracking #. I never received my item.
