They are a terrible company my keyboard developed a fault in which they sent a faulty replacement PCBA. Instead of doing somthing reasonable like give me a full refund since they failed to uphold their warranty they only gave me a 60% refund(deducted due to me owning the keyboard for a bit) which is unfair since like I said earlier they failed to uphold their warranty.

Bought the Monsgeek M1 V5...
It was built really well and I was quite satisfied. I did end up returning the keyboard because ended up going with a different layout, however their customer service was quick to respond and were happy for me to return it no questions asked, didn't have to pay full postage to china either as they use a parcel forwarding service here in the UK.

Bought the fun60 TMR ultra wired version from amazon. It was missing the cable the keycap puller and the switch puller. After contacting the official monsgeek support they immediately reached out to me offering all the missing parts without any problems, even tho i didnt want to refund the whole product because the keyboard itself was already showing good results. Soon after the package was sent from China it took a while to deliver, no wonder, but everything was working excellent. I am using this keyboard for 4 month already in order to type an honest review and so far this keyboard is exceeding all my expectations. The sound is actually better than my previous mechanical one which costed like 4 times more. The features of TMR are also insanely stable in use. Feels like a very expensive keyboard with new features and proved me not everything is about the price. Also big thanks to Alessia from customer service who was helping me all the time. Did an amazing work, always polite, always pleasant and fast responses.

My m1 v5 tmr came with a broken knob encoder, the support was super friendly and quick to respond and patient, they sent me the encoder and cable.

I recently bought the Monsgeek FUN60 keyboard and i've got to say that it's been quite an awful experience.
The keyboard per se is mechanically really good but it doesn't come with instructions on how to configure it correctly so when you plug it in it actually doesn't work and i spent an hour figuring out what drivers i had to install and found out i had to use the monsgeek app (which also changed url) to configure it correctly and also it doesn't specify in the manual the keys to enable pairing mode and all the other modes of the keyboard.
Monsgeek has to improve their UX and customer service, really bad

I still haven’t received my package or a refund, despite my local postal office (PostNord) admitting that they lost it. PostNord has instructed MonsGeek support to reach out to them so they can arrange compensation for both MonsGeek and me, but nothing has been done on MonsGeeks end. The communication has been stuck in a never-ending back-and-forth, with no progress made. I couldn't ask for worse customer support. After everything I've gone through, I sadly wouldn’t recommend supporting this company.

I recently got the Monsgeek M1W V3 VIA, and it's been fantastic for the price. Monsgeek is a newer brand in the keyboard scene, but they’ve really impressed me with this model. The build quality feels premium. VIA support is also a good bonus.

For the price, you’re getting features that are usually found in much more expensive keyboards. Monsgeek really nailed it with this one. Highly recommend!

Monsgeek is a sub-brand of Akko that sells keyboards and parts. Monsgeek's products are of very good quality, especially considering their more-than-fair prices, and the brand is very upfront about quality control. In addition, Monsgeek has return policy that guarantees you the right to return an order (even if you just change your mind), which is better than 99% of other keyboard brands. I am very pleased with my purchases and would highly recommend Monsgeek.
