Support canceled my order without my consent
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I simply contacted customer support to ask whether my order could be shipped via DPD, as their website clearly stated that deliveries to the Czech Republic were handled by Zásilkovna/DPD.
Instead of providing a clear explanation, the support team gave contradictory information. When I pointed out that their website still mentioned DPD, they did not address the inconsistency professionally. Most surprisingly, they canceled my order without my request or consent.
I was only asking a question about shipping options. I never asked to cancel my order. Because of their unilateral decision, I would now have to place a new order if I still want the product.
Customer support should help customers and clarify misunderstandings, not cancel orders simply because a customer asks a legitimate question. The communication was unprofessional, and the handling of my order was extremely disappointing.

We must strongly reject the misleading and factually incorrect statements contained in your review.
As clearly communicated to you via email, our company exclusively utilizes Zásilkovna for shipping to the Czech Republic. We explicitly informed you of this fact and further offered to cancel your order immediately if the shipping method posed any issue. Despite this clear notification, you proceeded with the purchase of your own free will.
Your subsequent complaints regarding the shipping method are therefore unfounded. The cancellation of your order was carried out in accordance with our prior communication and with your implicit consent, as we had no interest in forcing a transaction upon a dissatisfied customer.
We do not tolerate baseless accusations or attempts to misrepresent the facts. Should you find our services unsatisfactory, we kindly recommend that you refrain from placing further orders with our company in the future.
We consider this matter closed.

- Operator who communicated with me via email wasn't very polite during our communication. There was some mistake in e-system and we had "discussion" about payment. He should choose his wording better, next time.

The worst service I’ve ever seen
The worst service I’ve ever seen. 1 day before I sent e-mail to check availability of one product. Next because I didn’t receive answer I contacted them by messenger. Normal message - hello I sent mail, don’t have answer so my question is… reply was really polite - are you think someone waiting for your mails? 😂
In my opinion yes - not only mails from me but for every potential customer. After this message - they wrote - “ We dont sell you anythink mate 😉 try this sh..t to another eShop 😇”
So don’t buy supplements from them. If they treat people in that way, I don’t want to know how much they are “polite” when real problem with order appear.

Fast delivery to Poland i'm suprised that it was so quick. Extra bonus little package of whey protein for free. I didnt try my ordered produkt but i think it will be good. Exectly the same as photo

Fantastic costumer service. My order was shown as delivered, but it hadn't. I emailed MonsterKing and they responded straight away. The issue was with the delivery service company. Rectified straight away.
