Stay away from Monster Reservations…
Stay away from Monster Reservations Group.
The entire sales process was based on misleading information and half-truths. We were told that we only had to attend one presentation to receive the benefits of the package. That turned out to be completely false. After purchasing, we were pressured into attending additional presentations that were never disclosed during the sale.
What made it even worse is that they conveniently failed to explain the restrictions for families larger than three people. The all-inclusive vacations they advertise sound amazing, but once you try to book for a larger family, you quickly discover the limitations, extra costs, and lack of availability that were never mentioned during the sales pitch.
It feels like they tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign up, then the story changes afterward. If they were honest and transparent from the beginning, customers could make an informed decision. Instead, the experience left us feeling deceived and frustrated.
Before you spend a dime with this company, get every promise in writing and read the fine print carefully. Don’t rely on what their sales representatives tell you because our experience was that many of those promises simply were not true.

Marc was very helpful and got me set up for my Vegas trip I just had to call back later cuz my first and last name got spelled wrong which took 3 hours to get a hold of somebody on the phone besides that everything seems okay so far

They will not answer the phone after…
They will not answer the phone after several attempts to reschedule a date. Then, they send an automated message via email that won’t allow a reschedule unless you buy the White Glove they try force on you. Not good for a company that is planning to try to sell me anything.
Superb performance
Great customer service is hard to find these days, but Candace Bowe delivered exactly that. She was kind, patient, and willing to help in any way she could. Even though things didn't work out exactly as I hoped, I truly appreciated her effort and positive attitude. Thank you for making the experience a pleasant one!

Second time back here and still…
Second time back here and still couldn’t get the vacation myself and my family were hoping for after 2 tries I just got my refund after one of the representative told me off the record that due to my address I will never be able to get San Diego, which is unfair due to the advertising which that’s false advertising. If I took a survey to do San Diego I should be able to get that but my address is blocked because I live close. That’s crazy. I’m done here.

If I could rate it less than 1 star I would!!! Monster is the WORST! I booked and paid for specific dates and a specific location for a “fixed price” and knowing I had to attend a 90 minute presentation. Well my $50 “fixed price” ended up being $360, I was refunded $150 only after I attended the “90 minute presentation” which ended up taking 4 hours and 15 minutes, I booked a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom oceanfront room with an indoor water park, after I paid my first $50, I got an email to call to confirm my travel plans, I call, I couldn’t get my dates, couldn’t get the room, and ended up spending $150. Get to my room, and it’s a 3 bedroom place in the Forrest with a pond full of turtles about 5 miles from the ocean. Went to the 90 minute presentation to at least get my $150 back and spent 4.15 hours there…..I will NEVER use monster again. And if you have any other option, you should take it! Monster is bull!
2 months ago I booked a trip to…
2 months ago I booked a trip to clearwater beach using Monster reservations group for 4 nights. I explained to the Monster rep I will be traveling with my adult children and have to have a hotel room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. The Monster rep assured me that was no problem and that i was booked for a room with 2 queen beds. I called the hotel today to confirm reservations and they have me in a king room! They also told me they are full and no 2 queen beds are available now for my dates of travel. I called Monster reservations group which was frustrating because their website and emails say customer service starts at 9 am on sundays but when i called the recording said their sunday hours start at 10 am. After being on hold for over an hour, Carla Greer finally answered and told me it was not Monster res. groups fault because their system only shows a "standard" room which is "normally" 2 queen beds and they had no way of knowing the hotel would book me a king room. I explained how i cannot go on this trip now if only a king bed and she said no refund either. She is one of these talk over you types that just keep repeating the same meaningless sentence as if it makes sense or she believes it herself. She later said i was given a king room because it is just my 2 children and myself so all 3 person parties get king rooms and 4 person parties get the 2 queen rooms. So the Monster Reservations group rep told me that my party of 3 would be receiving a 2 queen bed room so i booked based on that information and Carla Greer even has the notes of this conversation but still she believes Monster Group is not at fault??? Terrible customer services, avoid at all costs!

Cristhian Barahona was amazing! Unfortunately, MRG feels like a massive corporation that I don't fully trust. The booking process itself was smooth and I haven't had any issues so far; however, I have not checked into the hotel yet, so I can't comment on the overall experience.
