AVOID: Not accurate description of clothing, refusal for full refund, poor customer service, charged my account twice for the same transaction

DO not purchase from this company!
Bought a funnel jacket, thinking it was a wool-blend (it was listed as this on the website), and when it arrived (from China), it was 100% polyester, and a completely different colour to the picture on the website.
Immediately contacted support to get a refund, and the best they could do was a 50% refund (first they offer 10%, then 20%...), and said I would have to pay for the return shipping if I wanted a full refund. Return to Netherlands would be about half of the price I paid ($45), and they refused to pay for it.
Quality was terrible, and completely misleading on the website. No wonder you can't leave a review on the website, everyone has had a terrible experience.

Avoid! Really cheap quality. We received jackets coat that were meant to be wool blend. They are really cheap polyester. We now have to send back to a Denmark address costing a third of the overall price.

Extremely disappointed by the quality. It is 100% polyester and uncomfortable. The return costs nearly as much as the clothing item.

Quality on the winter funnel jacket was terrible, itchy and paper thin and the shipment was from China. Imagine the stuff you get from Aliexpress or Shein except they are much cheaper. Furthermore I have not heard anything from the company since I turned down their 10% cashback from my $90 purchase, much better to return it to the Netherlands via Aus Post for $30 to get my $90 back. I had followed up multiple times and never any further response.

Absolutely terrible company. Do not buy from them. Quality is terrible think Temu without the easy refund process. Don’t fall for the European facade. Delivered from China. Will not pay for return shipping even when the products are not as described. Breathable cotton means 65% polyester. Pale blue shoes instead of navy blue. Still fit for purpose so no return shipping only 50% refund offered. FYI they offer 10% then 20% and eventually 50% so hang in there 😎

Purchased a teeshirt prominently advertised as cotton.Received an article which was 65% rayon.on requesting a return at Monterelle‘s cost they blatantly lied about the terms of return, claiming it was always at the purchaser‘s expense. I replied quoting their written terms that the exception to that was when goods were „faulty or not correct“. After that they ceased communicating. I have little doubt Monterelle is yet another online business which sells low quality
goods at premium prices and then holds disappointed customers to ransom by insisting they pay the cost of return.

Bought a pair of 'leather' dress sneakers in black as i couldn't find much in that colour. They arrived from China which i thought was strange at the time but once i received them, I worked out it was because they're a dropshipping store. The quality is rubbish, I have owned leather shoes before and this 'leather' is so thin and fake. Shoes are terrible to walk in, they crease and fold in the middle as you walk. To rub salt in the wound, my partner found the identical pair of shoes on Shein for 1/4 of the price.

For the price it is great! I had a question regarding an order and got help quite quickly :)
