I got my medal order sorted out and completed early and efficiently. Also, the person I received the package from was excellent. I was happy the Monterey Company had a relationship with DHL.

Great customer service
In an era where customer service is automated, it was refreshing to talk to a human. Additionally, Josh responded to my requests and answered my questions in a timely fashion, very professional. Customer service was excellent. When I needed an alternatives to my initial selection he was able to give me several that met my criteria. Definitely will continue to establish a relationship with the Monterey company.

Research Your Design & Embroidery Partners Carefully and Pay Attention to the Details
My company placed an order for the Richardson 112 trucker in two colors (black and white) with the same company logo embroidered designs. One hat was done correctly while the other hat was not. The quality of the embroidery was just ok. And, the time to deliver the hats was much longer than promised. The Monterey Company offered me a discount for the issues on the next order. Unfortunately, there won't be a next order.
