First of all, Eric Turney was so great to expeditiously help us find a terrific pin design. The design of the sample JIFU "Diamond" pins are very much admired & liked by my colleagues. We are heavily leaning towards using such/similar design for all of our Diamond & lower pins designs (in the near future)! Eric is to be commended for doing a great job helping us to find the design that will satisfy a great majority of our "rank-up" JIFU pins. To be candid, we may need to go to a local jeweler, in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, to do the "higher" (more "prestigious") Diamond pins... like Black Diamond, Crown Diamond, and so on. However, for the majority of pins ("Diamond" and lower), Monterey has hit the nail on the head for us! We love the design and are truly, heavily leaning towards making more of them with Monterey (in the very near future, in fact). Thank you!!
