Montessorigeneration Avis 

I have a 2yr old great granddaughter and a 2yr old grandson. I did a lot of research on toys and learned a lot. I have discovered that the absolute best toys are from Montessorigeneration. They are well made and educational to the point that calling them toys doesn’t seem right. They should be called kids Brain tools. I bought at least 10 different brain tools right here. My latest purchase was a balance bike for my grandson in South Carolina. I forgot to check the delivery address so if was coming to me in NY. I messaged them about my mistake thinking I’ll never hear back. But 3 days later they messaged me saying they got my note and they changed the delivery address so it goes to my grandson in South Carolina. Now that is very good service I will definitely use Montessori again. I highly recommend them to anyone Even though I wanted to keep this store as my little secret .

Love these products. They are made well and will endure over time. They will be used for my Children and the transitioned to my slp pediatric clients.

I’ve ordered several things over the years for my grandchildren, I love these toys they are not only fun but educational like the fishing game I just got. Each sea creature has its name on the reverse side so that when the children catch them with their rods you can tell them what they are, with the older ones we can look up where they are from and what their environmental needs are in this world yet it’s still fun on a basic level for the younger ones.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Absolute worst. They take your money and don’t send your order. I had to send SEVEN inquiries and register a complaint with the BBB before they would even respond with what was a very lame reply of “it should arrive soon”. Go to Amazon or Lakeshore Learning to order…..anywhere else, but this awful company!

My 4 yr old granddaughter loves your educational toys.she loves solving puzzles so this is perfect.

When I bought this for my grandson, he could barely reach the ground, but played with the wheels daily. Six months later, he he’s happy using it for hours daily.
Can’t recommend enough.

I bought the buzzy bees and the pull toy for my grandaughter. I can't wait to give them to her. They are great quality and came so nicely boxed and wrapped. I had a small issue with 1 thing and they replaced the whole toy without hesitation. Instantly responded to an email, great customer service. Highly recommend. I will be shopping again soon!!!

As a New Zealander buying a Balance Bike for my grandson I emailed Montessori Generation to check whether price shown was in U.S dollars. The email was replied to promptly.
I then ordered the Balance Bike as the sale prices offered were so good and the shipping is free.
I then emailed to check the gift was being sent directly to my grandson’s address rather than mine. Emily at Montessori Generation replied within 24 hours to assure me it was.
I recommend this company highly. Not only for the quality of their products but the friendly, efficient and reliable
responses from this company.
I will certainly buy from them again.

Amazing products! I have purchased twice from this company and their toys are absolutely amazing! My grandchildren absolutely love anything I get from this company. I’ve had to buy again because the kids want them and I send them home with them and I need to have them at my house too. These are great teaching ideas.

The toys are just fabulous! I keep ordering more for my grandchildren. Every product has been well built and truly are great learning tools.

I ordered a toy 9/6. By 9/15 in the evening, my order still had not shipped. I contacted customer service and explained I wanted to cancel the item because it probably would not arrive by the time I needed it for a gift on 9/19 (a Saturday).

Maya responded, “ Unfortunately, there was a delay in the shipping process of your order #xxxxxx and we addressed the issue with the carrier immediately. It turned out there was a mislabeling error within their sorting facility so we sent a replacement order yesterday”

That same day (9/16) I responded I had requested the item be cancelled, not shipped. The item’s ETA was now 9/28. I clearly explained the item was gift for the upcoming weekend and it wouldn’t arrive in time and Maya still pushed the order through.

I sent two more emails and there was no response. I sent ANOTHER email 9/21. I explained I didn’t want the item I had cancelled the order on *before it had shipped* and I don’t want to have to pay for return shipping on an item I cancelled within their own policy. Maya responded 9/22, “ Since you no longer wish to keep the item, we will be happy to assist you with the return and refund. But, before continuing, we would like to propose an alternative solution: we’d like to offer you a $90 store credit voucher if you decide to keep the toy. This voucher can be used toward any future purchase on our website.”

I declined store credit and affirmed, for a fifth time I didn’t want the item and wanted my money back. Maya finally sent return instructions but not return label. I inquired about this and she said their policy indicates they won’t pay for return shipping. I outlined their policy, “If you make a request before your order is shipped, we’ll cancel it and make a full refund.” I continued, “ I asked you to cancel the order before it was shipped. Instead, you apologized for a shipping error and shipped the item anyway. You didn’t ask if I still wanted the item.

I am not paying for shipping twice on an item I cancelled the order for. If you will not take the item back, I will dispute this with my bank.

I cancelled the order according to your policy. Your company didn’t follow your own policy on cancellations. That isn’t my fault and I shouldn’t be penalized for it.”

Maya responded, “ Would you be willing to accept the $50 store credit voucher for the future purchase, as well as the full refund when we receive the item back?”

I am still waiting on a response but the only time I make headway is when I mention the chargeback process. I am at the point where I am going to go through that process and file a complaint with the FTC because this entire interaction should not be happening.

This entire process has been so difficult and frustrating I wouldn’t suggest anyone do business with this company. Look at other reviews and you can see their quality is inconsistent and others have many issues. Save your time, money, and patience and shop with a more reputable or reasonable company. If you do make the mistake of shopping here, use a credit card so you have the option to chargeback when they refuse to do a return.

I bought gifts for my grandchildren in different states. I have done this a few other times. The toys are always of the highest quality and fun and educational. Unlike other toys they have the ones from Montessori Gen are played with for a long time and are passed down to their siblings. They arrived when expected, packaged well and in perfect condition.

I ordered 3 items. One week after placing the order I emailed to say I had heard nothing further... has the order been shipped? I received an immediate response " we will look into this." One week later, I reached out again and received the same response. when I emailed asking for a refund after 2 weeks I received no response. I suddenly received one of the items. When I emailed asking where the remaining order was I received no response. Then 4 days later, I received the remaining items. The quality of the items is a moot point here. I learned this is a Chinese company therefore being shipped from China. Montessori generation will not tell you that. If they had just been transparent with me I might give them more credit but they were not. "Looking into it" is a cheap distraction. It is never quality customer service. Do something other than "look into it."

As a grandparent, buying gifts for grand children can be challenging. Montesorri has removed the stress of purchasing the “correct” gifts.

I had have many great experiences with this company and it's products.
I purchased few toys, baby books/ stories and under 2 years old baby bicycle. They were all top quality, great designs, safe to use and made from very good materials that are very safe to use by babies.
It's highly recommended for all parents and grandparents.

I used to teach in a Montessori nursery school and was always thrilled by the quality of the toys. Now I am a grandmother and am delighted to purchase for my grand daughter fine quality toys that I know will last and that are educational and fun at the same time.
