Placed order for in stock item on April 3 bought more on April 8th which also said in stock at the time payment was immediately cleared after purchase as it was done with a card. It’s now April 12th and items are still in the shipping queue. Says 1-3 day shipping after payment clears. Now says they are out of stock have a feeling might be a while before see my items. Fingers crossed maybe they will ship soon. Updated: There was an understandable situation with a preorder being combined with this order they corrected the issue and shipped immediately. Great customer service, changing my review from one star to Five just on that fact alone. Thank you very much!

I have been ordering from Monument Metals and this is my 6th order. I have ordered smaller ozs of silver all the way up to 100 oz RCM bar.
I usually order online and all my orders have come off without a hitch. They seem to be an honest and reputable Bullion dealer which is one of the most important things for me as a customer buying Bullion as I don't want to get scammed.
I just put in an order for some fractional rounds and Daniel was very helpful with a couple of questions I had.

Placed my order for 90% Silver dimes on March 8th, and paid via eCheck. The check cleared on March 9th. I contacted the customer service on March 15th and was told my order would be shipped on March 16th or 17th. I contacted customer service again on March 22nd and my order had not yet been shipped. I was told it would be shipped USPS Priority Mail that day. According to the tracking info, my order is on it's way but probably won't arrive until the 27th. I will not order from Monument Metals again, and I would advise others to use a different vendor.

Placed an order on Feb, 21st and 24th. Talk with the company via email because hadn't received tracking. They told me my order shipped on March 1st. Today is the March 7th, and USPS still has not received my package per their site. I'm so frustrated. I understand shipping is a challenge in Maryland, however I can't even confirm if the package was dropped last Wednesday, being that's just when the label was printed.
