Natural sunscreen spf 30 formula breaking down in tube. Water pouring from tube. Cream is impossible to spread on skin. Very sticky

I received my order which had toothpaste and hydrating lotion!
The products are so great, nothing nasty in them, only pure , by all meaning natural ingredients that feel so good on skin and overall health!
This is going to be my only spot for buying skin and health products for my family and me!

One item on my order was incorrect, I phoned and spoke to a lovely person who said that I could keep that product and the correct item would be sent as a priority, much to my surprise it arrived the very next day.

A colleaugue introduced me to MooGoo and it has forever changed my life. I use to suffer from scalp eczema particularly when I was stressed. At the front of my forehead(looked like dandruff) and on my scalp and in my ears. I tried numerous shampoos and creams ect. Paid a lot for products that didn't work. Or products that worked for a bit and then eventually the eczema would return.
I started out with the sensitive cream first and I would say this is still MooGoos star product overall.
I have now converted my face wash, exfoliator, day and night cream and Shampoo and Conditioner.
I recently ordered a refill made a few errors on my cart, contacted MooGoos help email and Paul, my man, sorted it all out and even on a weekend ! Very pleased, and looking forward to their future products and hoping that they look at reusable products more(love the refills for the shanpoo and conditioner)similar to Wilds deodarant refills ect, and dropping prices a little bit so that the product becomes as affordable and accessible as the products you find in the convenience stores and not only the pharmacies.

The packaging on the last order was super special, childrens hand drawn cows, to adorable!Hope they keep little touches like this !

Awful. Don't use.
I have used them a few times. The products are ok if expensive so I wait for the 'offers'. However beware, they tell you there are discounts but then take the discount away as you are paying.
I just spent ages ordering some products because I was promised 15% off. I kept checking back to see if it was working. As soon as I paid, I checked the invoice email. Between ordering and payment they had taken away the 15%. I triple checked the discount was applied so they definitely took away the discount, as I pressed 'buy'. I thought this must be a tech glitch so I emailed them immediately, within minutes of the transaction, asking them to honour the 15% offered. However when they (Courtney) refused to, it became obvious that this was not a tech glitch but something that is business as usual. I am 100% sure the 15% discount was there, I checked several times. but they made it disappear as the payment went through. Minutes later they wouldn't refund me or honour the 15%. i will never ever trust them again. Customer lost. I'm telling as many people as possible to avoid them as they promote themselves to vulnerable people with cancer who really don't need this stress.

Awaiting a full refund (products irritated my skin)- multiple emails with no response. Returned items arrived in their warehouse 2 weeks ago (with tracking) however no refund. Appalling lack of response.

Ordered self tanning mousse based on recommendations for chemo patients, ordered on the 13th July expecting it to come within a reasonable time, was waiting ages so emailed them several times over a few days, eventually got back to me with a reason and refunded the postage, product arrived two weeks after ordering and when I opened the box it was the wrong product! Emailed again and again requesting a refund, no reply but they did refund me. Would never order from them again and nor would I recommend them.

Amazing products, especially to shampoo and conditioner gentle on the scalp. Have been suffering with psoriasis on scalp so many years and these products definitely made a huge difference on my scalp . This is my second purchase and I highly recommend days amazing products that work on itchy flaky psoriasis on the scalp . Have no more it’s all gone on scalp thanks to keep keeping up with these amazing gentle products . Thank you so much.

I purchased a gradual tan off this company, it didn't work at all.
The packet is nearly gone and I didn't notice a difference at all with it.
Worst of all I contacted the company and was completely ignored. Weeks later I've decided to write this to warn others off.

Recently purchased an Oncology skin set for a family friend about to start Radiation .
Ordered at lunch time on Friday and delivered Saturday Morning !!! The set was wrapped carefully and some small samples added in too !
