I came to Sophie as I have been drawn to trying holistic healing for some emotional support and some physical issues I have been dealing with. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left, I felt supported and cared for by Sophie. Not only was the treatment incredibly relaxing, but Sophie also shared some spot on insights about what has been going on and moving forward, what I can be working on to help me in the future. The space is warm and friendly and it's great to know I was in the hands of a healer who really does care about her clients. I shall be booking again - thank you Sophie x

I had a reiki session with Sophie. The ambience and peacefulness of her treatment room was so relaxing and calm. Just walking in I felt more relaxed. There was a glass of water ready prepared for me and we sat and had a chat about how things were to start with. I have never had reiki before, Sophie clearly explained to me what was going to happen. I found it a relaxing and calming experience and her thoughts afterwards of what she’d picked up were spot on. And lots of helpful tips as to how to be more balanced that week. I really enjoyed it! And felt very comfortable.
