This was my first Moonpig purchase, but am sure that it won't be my last as excellent quality card, and xcellent service. Many thanks.

Items arrived 3 days late despite paying for next day delivery and ensuring the items were to be delivered in good time for the Birthday event. Found it difficult to contact anyone in Moonpig apart from a chat function, the chat agent gave incorrect information and was really quite unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend using this company as their customer service is pretty much non-existant.

The card was meant to be for a 6 year old and it was a replacement card for a card that never came completely shoddy if I’m honest as if I hadn’t had it delivered to me I would never have known it didn’t come it completely missed the birthday it was for I have never had trouble with your service before but will definitely have to think about using again

Happy that the personalisation was correct and card arrived on time. Card size and quality was as expected. Only complaint, if l wanted to find one, was that l thought the price was just a little steep.
