MoonPrize Casino Avis

It's a scam. I've deposited money time and time again never have i ever won once. They are thieves. I bought the 89.99 subscription where you get 5.5 every 24 hour or something like that. You will never win with free coins. Im in on this platform thousands of dollars never won once. Play at your own risk they will take you for every nickel no matter how much you're suffering

This is one of my favorite online casinos.
Such a variety of games from various providers.
Easy and quick redemption of winnings. Never waited over 24 hours for payout.
I have won big and lost big, but that’s why it’s called gambling.

Just won, and when I tried to redeem my winnings I was asked to provide proof of address. Tried uploading multiple different documents to provide the proof of address that was needed, however each one of my documents failed to verify. They shouldn't have failed because it's exactly what the documents are allowed. Now it won't let me try to verify it anymore because it said I hit too many tries unverifying and to email a certain email address if I have any questions. I wrote an email to that email address that was given to me however no one ever responded. And only chat part that's in the game where you can talk to customer service nobody's responding to me now on there either. I just want to provide my proof of address and collect my winnings. But right now I feel like I'm getting scammed in a big way.

My mom turn me on to this. I think I won will update after deposit is in my account I liked it a lot. Will be playing again

Great site has a ton of awesome games to play

I was iffy at first due to not knowing if it was legitimate, but just got my redemption of $700 today off of free spins! I’m very pleased with this casino. I’d give it 6 stars if I could!

Lots of fun games, pays out in like minutes! Kyc verification is one of the easiest I’ve had to do to date!!

Amazing fun and slots with huge wins. Has definitely became my favorite spot for games

I like this game，especially for its Chinese style machine。

Shit, I played, I won, I cashed out. It was simple and fast . Awesome web site for winning!!!!!!! 👍😁

Alright look I’m not sure what the “1 star folks” got going on and why such negative feedback but I’m not guaranteeing your experience will be like mine but I’m almost positive it will! I been playing this platform for bout a month. Well I had got up to $600-$700 no problem. I like to push the limits cause I’m no rookie at social slots. Well I finally decided I would cashout $200. I failed the verification process due to another account in my name. I reached out to the specialist and yes I gave them hell and made false accusations of them not wanting to pay up but the reps stayed calm and kept assuring me they would take care of it this was Friday. Well at first I didn’t know why I failed it. Then by Saturday we was at the conclusion of the 2 accounts. I gave my opinion and piece of mind about the situation and so on. Well while waiting on responses I played my money down to $59. So today I check my messages and reached back out and they said they was working on fixing it. Well while waiting again I played and got back up to $679. So to see if it was clear to redeem, which I was certain since I done got back up to that type of money they would ignore me and hopes of me spending it again. Needless to say the paranoid mindset we have behind fake reviews and low budget online casino it’s natural to expect the worse cause man wasn’t I wrong. They’re processing a $670 cashout right now for me.

ALWAYS REMEMBER: Things happen. There are swindling platforms out there just be sure to do your research and don’t spend more than what you’re comfortable losing that way you know what platform you dealing with. These platforms have plenty money and plenty players. They can care less about our little $30 we spent because even at $3 and the universe aligned just right you can hit the jackpot and all they gain from you is a measly $3. I bet you’re not complaining and gripping then are ya¿¿ if you gonna complain DONT PLAY!! They don’t make you do anything you do that yourself so what goes wrong is always OUR FAULT POINT BLANK PERIOD.

MOST IMPORTANTLY:::
THOSE ARE REAL PEOPLE WE HANDLE LIKE THEY THE ONES WHO RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING US. THEYRE MOMS OR DADS OR -G-parents but just like you and I they are Human beings doing a job as fast as they can and trying to assure the butt holes get the same treatment as the respectable people!! This is honestly a damn good platform and high payouts are achievable quick. Hope this helps someone. Don’t believe the “1 star ratings” they probably haven’t spent no money and complaining because they haven’t won of the free $2 given to create your account. Sore losers much 😉

Cant log in to my account i just won over 1000 dollar and the app doesnt want to let me in if this is for me not to cash in the money is completely a scam i won all that money and kept playing now doesnt let me log in

It’s been over 24hours and I still haven’t received my redemption. It’ll be over for this app as soon as they release my payment.. 2star I might say rating, due to the low cost packages they have available 👎🏾

They don’t care about fair gaming they just steal your money

absolutely horrible don’t use this site. Worst one i’ve ever encountered
