Moonstone Rentals Limited Avis 

Had a tv for 2 years with these. Sent back in perfection condition, only sent back as parents brought me a new tv for my birthday. Sent the correct evidence. Was first told the tv hadn’t been sent, so sent the evidence then was told 3 months later the tv arrived smashed :). Company is a scam.

Goodness me, the other reviews are so obviously paid for! For anyone reading, please don’t use Moonstone Rentals.

They are part of a Cash for Gold type business, renting old, used hardware at exorbitant rates, often totalling more than triple the items cost when it was new.

For example: a 128Gb iPhone 12 is being offered at £20 per week on a 36 month agreement. That means that your 4 year old, used phone will set you back a total of over £3000 (the phone sold, brand new in 2020, for £799).

Moonstone are clearly a predatory company, taking advantage of the most vulnerable people. The reviews are all rubbish. If you have an average credit score, any network operator will accept you for a contract phone at zero percent finance. Even poor credit customers are eligible for a phone contract. Please, please don’t use Moonstone.

Edit: Moonstone are demanding information from me that doesn’t exist or that they never had access to in the first place, under threat of not recognising my review as genuine. I wonder if all the fake reviewers that they paid for provided this information on demand?

moonstone are realy very good they have the best phones to hire and they are very quick to responed to any quires and they are so helpful thanks moonstone

Second hand TV with missing parts, £13 a week for a £298 TV you would expect a new unit, Customer service is fast to respond but not off to a great start.

Fantastic company delivered my tv within the week any issues have ever been addressed and even when had something going on spoken to them and nothing is every to much to do. Brilliant company would recommend to anyone

I have 2 items from Moonstone Rentals. The second item I received has had a couple of issues which I emailed at first and got a reply not long after and on a weekend. Anyways we thought the issue was rectified. The day after more problems so I called explain and the lovely lady on the phone sorted it with no hesitation. Everything is done as they say nothing hidden. When I call they answer and are always very helpful and understanding. I will stay a customer with moonstone and keep hiring other items. I feel that use are doing it right and could teach other businesses how it is done. A customer should feel the way I do and not just a number. Thank you for your great service keep doing a brilliant job.
