Provided me with all the information required and was not 'pushy' in any way even when we decided not to proceed at this time. The case was then passed to Andrew H who was also professional, provided in depth details on the next steps and an insight on what was required to get to completion. Finally after dealing with numerous estate agents for 13 months was very exhausting, however after speaking to Richard and Andrew things were moving pretty swiftly and we finally had a plan and the end was in sight. At Mooved both Richard and Andrew were able to get the property to completion within 11 weeks. I would definitely use again and recommend excellent team of people very professional, polite and transparent from start to finish.
