My system is defect and morefine is not responding

I bought a Morefine M600 mini PC in 2024. The first unit arrived dead on arrival, but I received a replacement after about one month.

After roughly two years of use, the replacement unit has now failed completely. It will no longer power on: the fan only briefly twitches, and there is no video, USB, or Ethernet activity.

Morefine’s support was helpful during the original replacement process. However, support now seems much less accessible: the direct website chat have been replaced by an automated assistant, and I have not received a response to my email so far.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Morefine has been extremely disappointing. After only six months of normal use, my mini PC suddenly started emitting sparks while it was sitting completely idle on my desk. It was a serious safety hazard and could have easily caused a fire, so I immediately unplugged it and never used it again. I took the device to a certified PC repair specialist, who inspected it and confirmed that the motherboard had failed. They advised me to contact Morefine for a warranty replacement rather than attempting a repair. I opened a support ticket explaining everything, but instead of helping, Morefine simply closed the ticket without any response. Thinking it was a mistake, I opened a second ticket with the same information, and once again it was closed without any reply, explanation, or solution. Hardware failures can happen with any brand, but completely ignoring a customer after a potentially dangerous failure is unacceptable. A product that starts sparking after only six months should be treated as a serious safety issue, yet Morefine showed no interest in resolving the problem or honoring the warranty. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company because if your device develops a serious fault, you may be left without any support.

After six weeks, they send me the wrong product (a barebone missing the 16gb RAM that it should have). I had to contact paypal to get my money back, but I didn't got the full amount back, because of a system error at PayPal. So I paid $70 plus shipping cost for absolutely nothing and morefine is playing dead man. This is not a bad customer experience, this is scam. I would bring it to a lawyer, but with a the company in Asia this would be useless. So all I can do ist to send a warning: Do not buy at this company!

I bought a Morefine M6, N200 cpu, 16GB ram and it would not power on (no sounds, no LED lights, no video signal), I tried everything, keeping buttons pressed more, unplugging power + keeping buttons pressed, etc. Nothing worked.

Then I open the case and turned it on (to see if fan is spinning), now it powered on from first try without doing anything to it.
But then I noticed a small button inside the case, I think it was a reset buton and I must have touched it when opening the case, I will ask more over email.

Anyway ... device is OK and happy with it so far.

I had my doubts about buying this unit from Morefine, a top of the line mini-pc. It has worked well. I have found it to be reliable with the only negative I can say is the cooling system could use improvement. I was able to get around this by placing the mini-pc on a wire rack to allow more air to circulate around it. The tech support is reliable, they replied to me within 24 hours.
This little box packs quite a punch.

Delete Bad reviews on their site and disable review function after this.

The Company have a very bad warrenty. For this the PC must send self to China, this is me to risky and expansive so warrenty don't exist for me.

The purchase flow and delivery time were good. But the product itself is a dissapointment. I received it with rusted hdmi cable, also it's hdmi port doesn't work correct (I'm using pc with LG C2, and in 4k 120Hz mode some artifacts flickering and random restarts happen).
Morefine's customer support - absolute sh!t. I haven't received any response on my messages, they just ignoring. I supppose that in case of any more serious problems with pc you also will not receive any help from their side.
