I ordered two backpacks on July 22--Scam

I ordered two backpacks on July 22, 2024. I am still waiting for their arrival. Currently, tracking of the package indicated they are being held in customs since Aug. 8th since the package originated in China. I a very disappointed not to have the backpacks but also the orgin of the backpacks. I thought this was a local family run business in the USA. I've emailed the company with no reply. I want my money back. Beware.. do not buy from this company.

Scam

Scam. Ordered 3 backpacks for my kids and they never arrived even thought the tracking says they were delivered. Something sketch is going on here and they try to put it off on USPS as the problem.

I bought a white backpack from here

I bought a white backpack from here, wasn't exactly cheap cost me £36.00 with a discount code, took three weeks to arrive and the quality is awful. I have emailed to refund and send it back. Looks like something I could have got from shien for £10.

Package still haven't arrived

I placed an order back in April its June now, and I still haven't received it. I tried multiple times to get help, but no one ever responded.

Amazing backpacks and Exceptional Customer Service

I ordered two bags for my kids - aged 19 and 16 to use for school. My oldest really wanted a certain color and we ordered what we thought was a light tan but it was darker than he wanted. I contacted their customer service to return it for the lighter color and they offered to send us a new bag in the lighter color for no charge!!! And let us keep the original bag as well!! This is AMAZING Customer support!! We’ve had the bags for almost a year and they’ve held up wonderfully. They still look brand new in fact! We would definitely order from More Than a Backpack again!!!!

A Stylish AND Functional Backpack!

I travel for work and like having a backpack to carry all of the travel basics: My laptop, my Switch, a book, and plenty of device charging cables. I've been using my backpack for about 2 months now and am very pleased with the durability and design. Unexpectedly I am greatly enjoying all of the extra handles attached to the backpack, they make it very convenient to lift when it is heavily loaded!

Cat Backpack- Not a good product, not worth the money

I ordered a cat back pack.
I didn't receive an email confirming my purchase or any follow up email about delivery or anything else. I emailed the company 3 times in their email address as well as the website with no response and I was ready to give up thinking I lost my money. I finally go an email the day I received the package saying I should have the package now.
The back pack was just ok the plastic front came in dented and the straps too short. The bottom of the bag could be more secure as I use it for a 4 month kitten and its already drooping at the bottom and pad that is meant to secure it is not fixable as there is no velcro to stick it.

Waterproof Mochilas School Backpack is perfect for university students!

I got the waterproof mochilas school backpack, and it is PERFECT for a university student. It has so many pockets that can store several things that you will need throughout the day. The backpack fits my laptop and my iPad and several notebooks. The straps are very comfortable for walking up hills from lecture to lecture. What seals the deal for me is that it is waterproof. This is my everyday university backpack!

I’m not able to get a hold of customer service to get my shipping info and I’m very frustrated. I dropped 50 on a bag that I don’t even know if it’s coming

The reason you received no order confirmation or tracking information to your email is because you didn't use your email on the order. We did not have this information. Savior Complex

1. I payed for quicker shipping
2. My order was sent out after the shipping time frame posted on your website
3. The order never arrived to my residence
4. I have repeatedly asked for this issue to be resolved, with no assistance.
This all feels like a scam. Buyer beware.

EDIT:
The response here from this company is misleading. They have replied, but have been dismissive, unhelpful, and continue to avoid any potential solution to rectify a situation.
To deny the reality of poor business practices and customer service is extremely misleading.
By all mean More Than A Back, if you want to continue to make illegitimate responses here, we can discuss in more detail publicly.

Thank you for your email.

We have replied to your emails and we are awaiting to hear back from you.

Our courier has stated that the order has been "delivered" to the address given, we have contacted to ask you if your address and apartment number was wrong and therefore this is why it has not been received.

We have also refunded you for your fast USPS shipping, we are sorry they let you down but we have refunded this.

Please get back to us via email and we can resolve the other matter of the lost package.

Poor quality material and craftsmanship

I have bought the backpack on the bases of a) family bussiness as a seller b) alleged quality.

When I received the product it is quite obvious that this is a cheap product with low quality stitching and material. No quality control what so ever.

My suspicion is that the actual manufacturing is subcontracted to third part with no actual control from the business.

Their website is deceitful and I guess this is a trend now. I will be more careful next time.

SCAM!! Do NOT use!!

Ordered a backpack for my son for Christmas. Still haven't received anything and tracking information stopped 12/26/23. I paid $55 for nothing and my son didn't get one of his Christmas gifts-VERY disappointed in this scam company,!!!

Scam. No bag received. Reached out and no response. Tracking is a joke, just a random city every day, and eventually the tracking updates stopped. Stay away.

Not a reputable company.

No one answers inquiries via emails about where my order is. The tracking has not been updated since 12/26/23. I ordered a backpack for my husband on 12/16/23 and it has never arrived. This company should be shut down and penalized for what appears to be nothing more than a scam.
