Wonderful idea and happy to subscribe monthly BUT the website must include details of the projects that this is going towards including photographs .... Or is the company simply collecting the funds and passing them on (minus their admin cut) to another charity? Nowhere near enough background info provided!

Got free tree from MyProtein purchase. Website is weird - needs an account, they want my telephone number(!), and it's strange to navigate. Better suited to corporations planting lots of trees than individual users, I think.
Tree planted...only, I only have their word for it. Kinda like putting your recycling out for collection, you don't know if it's actually recycled or just dumped in Turkey. Hopefully it's making a difference. If I were paying, I'd want more confirmation than an email.

Great idea BUT …..
Great idea, but the website isn’t very user friendly, unless I’m missing something (?). I wanted to plant it on behalf of someone else. There’s nowhere to send a message. Do I put my details in, or theirs? So I put there details in! What’s been sent to them? What type of tree’s been planted? Where abouts? 😕

Thank you for joining the platform and for your feedback.
We work hard to make the platform as user-friendly as possible. There is a link to the user guide (along with a demo video) at the top right of the platform and there is a live chat widget at the bottom left. However, to answer your specific questions:
To customise the email template, simply click "email template" in the main menu, craft your message and click save. This also gives you a preview of what is sent to the recipient.
When planting for someone else, you will need to put in their name and email address in the boxes, for them to receive the email/have the tree in their name.
When planting (on the plant a tree page), if you click on the project, it will give you a list of projects to choose from. You can also find more details here: https://moretrees.eco/projects
