As an independent consultant, I frequently juggle professional and personal commitments. Morgen has proven invaluable by seamlessly integrating multiple tools into my daily workflow, enabling me to plan my days around my complete schedule—both work and private. It offers a unified overview of my day, consolidating tasks, appointments, and events in one intuitive interface. I can effortlessly rearrange my schedule on the fly, including via mobile while on the go. Morgen has truly been a game-changer for my productivity.

With morgen.so I consolidate various sources of tasks and appointments: a Google calendar from work, Obsidian tasks and other dataview lists to tick off - and auto-book time. These integrate smoothly, like I always wanted it. Blocking time became much easier. Creating new appointments directly in morgen.so is a breeze, online meeting mode is just one convenient extra click.

The could-be-better aspects are not strictly this app's negative: often, the mobile app notifies me hours late about a meeting I already attended, or an appointment that is long "done". This may be a shortcoming of Android, but it looks like there is room for improvement here.

Great product. it's aesthetic and gives me total visibility across all my calendars (personal, business, etc.) and ongoing projects.
Their support is amazing also - you can tell they really care about their customers.

Ich mochte morgen und habe es lange benutzt. Die Preise sind allerdings durch die Decke gegangen - 30$/Monat für einen Kalender ist einfach absurd und durch nichts zu rechtfertigen.
Dass die Preise nach Lust und Laune in absurde Höhen getrieben werden lässt an der Zuverlässigkeit und Zukunftssicherheit der Unternehmung zweifeln, wir haben deshalb Morgen durch eine andere Lösung (emClient) ersetzt und ich kann nur abraten.
Die Firma begründet die Preise mit neuen AI-Funktionen - die sind allerdings ziemlich nutzlos und unzuverlässig. Warum ein einfacher Kalender mehr kosten soll als eine ganze Office-Suite inkl. Mailbox ist wirklich schwer zu verstehen.

I'm involved in different companies simultaneously, so having a single calendar app that links into Google and Outlook in the different businesses is tremendously useful. I sometimes use the booking link, and I've used their task scheduling a little bit for time blocking, but I tend to have a separate to-do list app. It does work though, and I think this is a very good app.

UPDATED January 29, 2026:
I've moved my review down to 1 star. They removed a functionality that I relied on (on a daily basis) and did not communicate it. To say I'm disappointed is mild. I based the rest of my calendaring techstack off of Morgen so now I have to figure it all out again.

Morgen allows me to see ALL my various calendars in one place, everything color-coded and always up on a screen behind my laptop. I was diagnosed as ADHD (hyperactive/impulsive) with Executive Function deficits in December at the age of 55. It explains so many things about my life thus far. When I started to build a business, I had so many different calendars and to-do lists - it was driving me mad. Also - time-blindness is REAL. Morgen allows me a sense of security when looking at and dealing with my schedule.

I am very grateful that I use this gemstone software every day I hope to improve more the user experice like kanban view or the week and planner day for time boxing and also make the ai review what you do in your day and give you future next actions

Your calendar is only place where you truly visualize your time in relation to your objectives. So you have one shot to do this right.

Problem is, I have many accounts, so I have many calendars. But not one place to view it all.

After the sunsetting of Rise, I luckily found a new dawn with Morgen. It has all the magic you want. Easy sync with all accounts, AI auto-schedule with Frames, and most importantly Notion integration for perfect system integration for both personal and business use.

The only problem I have is that the icon is not the same as the native calendar, so I sometimes open my almost empty Apple Calendar and get reminded why I'm so happy with Morgen .

Stunningly thoughtful product & customer service. A hidden gem that more people don't know about. I only found it after years of searching for alternatives. Works great with Fastmail (calendar), which is how I found out about it.

Great for keeping all Tasks in one place. The Ai feature is very helpful when blocking time.

Beautifully designed consolidated calendar, time blocking, and task app. Definitely best in class. Great integrations (I'm using TodDoist, Apple and Google Calendar). Extremely focused, responsive development and support teams. The number of improvements they have implemented in the last year is really amazing. I wish I had this app 20 years ago, but very pleased to have it now.

I've been using Morgen since 2022, and i couldn't be happier with the product. It integrates all my calendar and my todo lists, which I will be migrating in the near future to Morgen as well since they improved massively.
I've submitted bug reports that were addresses quite fast, and the contact i've had with the support was always nice and friendly. The only negative point for some people I recommended it is the price, specially for the ones that just want the core calendar features.

They say one thing, they do another.

They arranged a price for the services and after a payment problem, given their prices has since risen, they were refusing to honour the legacy price I received.

Very dishonorable, not something I appreciate and not something I wish to be affiliated with.

If you accept this behaviour - use Morgen. If you have integrity, go with Amie or something.

Morgen and Notion together serve as my second brain! They're incredibly user-friendly. Time blocking integrates perfectly between Morgen, Notion's To-Do's, and Apple Reminders. Their customer service is outstanding—response times are quick, and the team is extremely helpful and supportive no matter what questions arise. Morgen truly is the best calendar app and worth every penny!

Really easy to visualise your calendar, far easier than Outlook, and syncing calendars form multiple places.

Tasks- I have Asana coming in via Zapier, which i dont like. I prefer to have them two way syncing with Asana.

This calendar is intuitive and I have been able to link multiple integrations from both work and personal accounts to see everything in one place, which is extremely helpful. There are well-thought-out design features (like shortcuts to show only selected calendars), helpful tools like calendar booking, and responsive customer service. Plus the Products team is always gathering user feedback to make changes and upgrades from the community feedback.

This tool is helping me and my team a lot because of its features as well as the good interface. The thing I liked the most about it is its feature of customizing the calendar, we can add any color frame, etc. I feel very excited when I have to plan my day on it.

I am depending on a good calendar application for my personal and professional activities and, over the years, I have tried literally all that apps one can imagine. Morgen is the first one that meets all my expectations. I am relying every day on this excellent piece of software.

Using over a year. Love the integration of multiple calendars from varied sources. Seamlessly integrates with my EMR system for my business. Cost efficient! Customer service is *chefs kiss* - any question is quickly answered if it there is not a current feature you can suggest it. (Would love the feature of being able to see/manage the calendars of others without having to logout of my personal morgen account). Have recommended the app to several friends.
