There is no product I have not liked! I'm obsessed with the Originale scents! I have naturally curly, thin hair, and their products are the best I can find that make my spiral curls bounce and hold all day. I have been using them since they came out and have wasted my money on other curly hair products. Their hair & body mist is the best & freshest scent! I love all of their body products!! And the lip gloss, it keeps my lips moist for hours!

Zeer goede kwaliteit en afterservice is snel en top ! Goede prijs-kwaliteit. Niets slechts op aan te merken.

Ich bin seit einigen Jahren eine treue Kundin von Morrocanoil, zurzeit aber so enttäuscht, dass ich es nicht in Worte fassen kann.Mit der neuen Rezeptur , (die übrigens nicht mehr die Konsistenz von Oil hat, sondern eher von Wasser ) schaffe ich es nicht mehr meine Haare in Form zu bringen. Bisher musste ich nur etwas Oil im Haar verteilen und kopfüber trocknen. Jetzt steht mir das Haar vom Kopf ab und selbst mit Bürste schaffe ich es nicht, es zu bändigen. Natürlich ist auch die Flasche viel schneller aufgebraucht, dadurch dass es viel flüssiger ist.
Schade eigentlich, dass man dadurch langjährige Kunden verärgert und verliert.

I bought the Vanilla Date Lip Balm and it smells amazing. It gives a light tint to my lips and keeps them very well moisturized. I love it!

I also bought the Extra Volume Shampoo. My hair is very dry from henna, but this shampoo makes it look much healthier and more hydrated. It also makes my hair easier to comb.

Compre un sobre de mascarilla 30ml casi 9€ como tiene tanta fama quería probarla ,vengo de usar marcas como shu uemura o sebastian que si son buenas ,y la de moroccanoil es una auténtica caca !!me ha dejado el pelo super reseco con frizz y opaco , me lo estaba secando y se me electrificada muchísimo cosa que nunca me pasa con las demas mascarillas, el peine se me quedaba trabado continuamente ,suavidad 0 ,no recomiendo esta marca para nada

I love this product, I've been usingitvfirva coupleofyears now and wouldn't use anything else, at first I didn't like it as I was usung repair shampoo and conditioner, it made my hair quite dry, but was recommended to use the hydration shampoo and conditioner as I have thick curly hair and I love it. You must make sure you use the correct product for your hair type

I purchased a product from Moroccanoil for my daughter as a Christmas present. I am a disabled senior citizen on a very limited income. The product was delivered to the wrong address and left out side in 9 degrees temperature. When i found the package at the wrong address it was frozen. I have E-Mailed Moroccanoil 3 times and tried calling 3 times, but no answer. I would like a new product or a refund asap so I still have time for Christmas.

Overpriced and certainly didn't deliver any of the promise. Avoid at all cost.

The bottle or the nostril to be precise exploded. I came to the walls and furniture being covered in dry shampoo and bottle laying down.

Customer service suggested they are not taking accountability for this type of product failure so I should not expect replacement or refund but did ask for batch code for their internal review.

I use the original treatment twice a week & am a fan of the finish look it leaves on my hair. My other half uses more products and the Shampoo + Conditioner and is an avid user of the products.

The only gripe I would have is that it's not that easy to attain and often is out of stock from the local stockists, We do order online too though deliver takes sometime longer.

Overall have infused the products in our regime and results are evident. Eyeing the travel size essentials pack next for an upcoming trip.

Awful company to deal with. I have made an order online and received confirmation of the order but then nothing. Delivery was supposed to be within 1-2 business days but it has been several weeks now. They only have an email address (no telephone number) so I have emailed twice and had no response. I have had no updates at all so it looks like are intending on keeping my money and not sending my order. Be very, very careful if you are thinking of ordering with this company. I’ll never order from them again.

Ich mag das Haaröl sehr gerne, es riecht kaum. Viele der extrem schlechten Bewertungen sind politisch motiviert. Alleine fie Lüge, dass es stark parfümiert ist, ist offensichtlich, denn es duftet nur sehr sanft nach etwas. Echt peinlich darüber zu lügen

Bought into this apparently amazing expensive shampoo & conditioner as I thought it might be the answer to my problem hair, very fine, can be dry and with significant hair loss but won't buy again. At least I tried. It does nothing for me at all

I prodotti per i miei capelli vanno bene, pessima la consegna considerando che l'ultimo ordine fatto e pagato non è arrivato, chiesto informazioni non ho ricevuto risposta.

Pessima esperienza
Costano tantissimo , peccato che gli erogatori di mousse, olii , crema modella ricci, non funzionano, tutti rotti.
Ho acquisto €300,00 di questi prodotti e sono riuscita ad usarli solo due volte.
Mai più, sconsigliato

I purchased the Morocco oil weightless masque after listening to blowout professor.
This product is vile. The smell of perfume is overpowering and sickly. My hair was atrocious after use and my whole hair felt irritated. I normally use Phillip Kingsley which I will be sticking to in future.
