Went in with a broken door handle looking for a similar replacement. Instead of trying to upsell a more expensive door handle that wouldn't quite match my others they fixed my existing one for £10. I hadn't considered that as an option, so I'm grateful to them for that. Great service and all the staff are super friendly.
Morris Mica Hardware is well-stocked store, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. At the rear, it offers a great locksmith service. The staff provide an efficient and friendly service. James even went and got a small bag of compost for an old lady, cleaning it off before helping her with it, all with a smile, while my key was being cut. :)
Needed a locksmith ASAP they came and sorted everything I recommend Mica Locksmith’s 100% nice to know if needed again a very trustworthy and efficient company who are very professional
Popped in today just before closing to have a key cut last minute and was served by James who was very helpful and professional made the whole transition easy , first time using the shop and would definitely recommend he is an asset
Absolutely incredible service I received from Morris Mica today I booked a call out for today, the locksmith (Charlie) called me this morning to let me know he had some time & could come early which was great, very friendly adjusted my door & lubricated the joints it’s now working perfectly. It’s small businesses like this in Redditch we need to support exceptional job well done.
