Just had a new gas boiler fitted by Steven and his team. Great product and fantastic job done. So refreshing to have a tradesman and team who do exactly what they say they are going to do and keep you informed along the way. Also very tidy workers which was a bonus. House is so cosy this morning and with a 12 year guarantee on the new boiler will be cosy for years to come. Excellent would recommend Steven and his team to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

We just had out bathroom completely stripped and redone by Moss plumbing and heating and they did a fantastic job. Great communication from start to finish, they talk you through it every step of the way and nothing is too much to ask. We had a really awkward bathroom and they were full of unique ideas to work around it.

I had two new bathrooms fitted by Moss Plumbing. The guys were all lovely, did an amazing job, were ridiculously tidy(based on previous workmen experience I was extremely impressed) and the bathrooms look absolutely amazing. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a new boiler installed and the engineer was very informative and has clear knowledge in his field. The installation itself was of a high standard and the engineer was polite. He was very helpful and took time out to show me how to work all of the parts of the boiler including the thermostat. He also cleaned up after the job was done. I would highly recommend using this company for similar work!

Steven and his team just completed a full bathroom replacement for us. The quality of the work was outstanding.

Steven himself pays great attention to detail and all the trades he brought in (tiler, electricians, joiner) were top quality and were straight in without any delays - whole job was seamless.

Customer service was excellent and Steven kept me informed of what was going on, what stage he was at and what was happening next. He also very patiently advised me when I was a bit undecided on fine details on ceiling panels and space between cabinets.

We really appreciated the respect he shows to your home. Every morning they would put dust sheets down throughout and Mark was meticulous in sweeping and hoovering at the end of each day.

So overall a resounding 5 star ⭐️ review from us and we’ll certainly be recommending to friends and family.
