Five stars of effective!
Five star service and a five star product - I have used other brands alongside MothOut, simultaneously and while the moth out product has a scary amount of moths caught , the other product caught zero - both over a six week period in opposite ends of a 9m room that is always a moth haven; can’t recommend them highly enough. And especially if you are in permanently blighted North London, these traps are essential.

Very Effective
Having tried several different products the two I have tried from this company - pheromone traps and moth spray have been very effective in the control of clothes moths. The advice and information on their website and the customer service from Tom via email is exemplary.

They actually work
They actually work. Unfortunately the problem comes back each year and have to start again. Would be nice if we could just put something in the front and back garden and it kills the buggers before they come in the house. Got a cat and that solved the mice problem. Waiting for someone to design a laser which I can surround the house with and watch them burn up..

These moth traps work! I have bought several other brands which I have used alongside MothOut and the only consistent performer at catching the moths is the MothOut brand. I will no longer waste my money on other brands and will stick with these which reassuringly capture these hidden pests! Again the added lavender sachet is a welcome bonus to add to my clothes draws

These traps work and great company / service.
These traps work. We get loads of moths caught and replace as instructed. After discovering problems in two carpets last year we’ve not had problems so far this year despite clear moth intent. Company are super helpful as well and provide a great service. Really recommend.

These moth traps work well
These moth traps work well, as long as you change them for new ones on the recommended schedule. We have a persistent moth infestation in our stair carpet, that we inherited when we bought our house, and these traps are really effective at keeping them to a minimum. The stair carpet will be removed soon!

Most Effective Non Toxic Product on the Market
Ive had a spate of moths recently in my son's room so tried a variety of moth traps with minimal success. However, when I purchased The MothOut products, this worked immediately catching 5 or six in each trap I left out. The additional information and the lavender bag for the wardrobe was a welcome addition. Not all moth traps are effective and I have wasted money over the past few month's trying to find one that works. So a big thank you to MothOut for delivering and also ensuring I can manage this issue without resorting to highly toxic chemicals.

MothOut - effective treatment to eradicate moths
I ordered MothOut to deal with a sudden sighting of numerous moths. I have found the product effective and the information booklet that arrived with the product very helpful. The moth situation is now under control and I have reordered to ensure I am prepared if it happens again.

Really pleased with the moth traps
Really pleased with the moth traps, they're easy to assemble and work well and have enabled me to work out which parts of the house have the worst problem. I don't want to use toxic chemicals so these are ideal. The accompanying advice booklet is brilliant, very informative and full of helpful tips. Hopefully I will beat the moths, but if I do I'll go on using the traps, just to make sure!

Follow up advice
Tom at MothOut was extremely helpful and friendly providing expert advice on how to deal with a resurgence of clothes moths. The MothOut traps worked very well initially, and I now have clear instructions as to how to eradicate the moths this time. I'd highly recommend MothOut, the traps were the first thing that actually worked. And as nothing was too much trouble for Tom, it's good to know that there is a point of contact for further questions etc.
