As soon as you hear the name MotoAssure, stay away from them. They are a fraudulent company involved in duping the consumers by offering extended vehicle warranty. Let me share my experience. I recently took my vehicle to a dealership for some oil leak issue and check engine light. I took it as soon as I saw some spots on the driveway. The dealership diagnozed my issues and submitted a claim. The claim was reviewed after four business days while asking me to send all the repairs and maintenace receipts on the vehicle for the last two years (which I did). After another two to three business days, they informed my dealership they were rejecting all claims with out providing any reason. I called them and the reason provided to me was that I should not have driven the vehicle to the dealership which was less than 1.5 mile away, though the vehicle was driving fine. I have requested repeated request for written explanation for rejection and they haven't provided it for the last three business days and are unwiling to provide the same because they may be in legal trouble if they provide the same.
