Motobility Avis 

My disability has deteriorated and I have further problems walking and bending my legs. I needed to change my car for a longer one due to this. I had a very bad experience with Motability, on two occasions I phoned up to discuss the change in my circumstances and was informed that it costs Motability a lot to change my car; also I was asked if I should be driving at all if my disability had changed. I found this very offensive. My Doctors say I am okay to drive, my car needed to meet my needs but Motability staff did not seem to take that on board and just focussed on how much it cost to change the car. I had a very bad experience I do not feel supported by them; and feel they failed to listen to me about my needs.

Absolutely awful company. I handed back our motorbility car in April only to receive letter from Birmingham Police with notice of proceedings against me for a driving offence in end of May. I handed this car back in good faith and Motorbility have failed to remove me from the ownership of this vehicle so someone else is driving around committing driving offences in this car. Motorbility say I have to sort out their mess with the police. Not entitled to any compensation for their mess and the hours it is now taking me to sort it out. When speaking to motorbility with regards to this motorbility are speaking like they are doing me a favour! Absolutely appalling service. DO NOT TOUCH!

What a fantastic phone call I had with Roxy today. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, kind and patient. It was a pleasure to talk with her about apps for electric vehicles and how to use them. She also said she would send me some information and guidlines and this was completed and sent whilst I was on the phone. The little team that Roxy works in seems to have got the setup just right and the new app that's been created is very impressive. In my dealings with Motorbility this is by far and away the best phone call I've had. Thank you so much Roxy. ***** regards. Karen

Sadly I have had to return my car as I no longer have a driver, but my experience was made easy for me by the 2 people I spoke too, they had patience as I sometimes struggle to formulate sentences, my whole experience with mobility from my first car to now has been pleasant have no issues and would return if I get a driver again

I asked for help from a motobility advisor called
FRANCIS at 10.50am .
Passive / aggressive approach and totally unacceptable attitude towards disabled people.
Problem was not solved and Francis put the phone down , ended call ha ring failed to help.

Absolutely useless. If your thinking of joining them for you Mobility needs don't bother. You get passed from pillar to post between them and the dealship in my case is Bristol Street Motors who are even worse.

Been on scheme 15 years , but a stolen BMW crashed into my car while parked , and it was written of due to damage
Anyways placed order for new car 16/2 , but received a call from car dealer stating my Account s on suspension called Motobility when I asked why ? was told I haven’t paid access fee of £100 but only received it on 13/2 , so when I explained I’ve not even been given a week to pay and your suspending my account she said she will look into it but was then cut of
4days not paid do they think disabled people have money sitting in their account, with the way everything has gone up bills Ect
