Firstly let me start of by saying giving these people 1 star is a push.

They were absolutely disgusting the manner they spoke to me in, told me I am moaning, because they sold me a faulty car the lights on the dash came on several times. The courtesy car they gave me also had engine fault lights. I have ended up giving the car back (may I add I couldn’t do it quick enough) and having my money back. I am reporting them to trading standards due to poor customer service, disgusting attitude and lack of accountability they took for selling me a faulty car.

I purchased a lovely car from motor market today. The whole process was really easy. They went beyond to get the finance deal. They were all very friendly. Informative. Such a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend 5 star customer service

Purchased my new car last weekend. Was attended to by Paul who helped me from
day one to choose the correct car for me and family needs. Great customer service from the begining - car had a few minor issues that got resolved without any fuss and they worked around me in getting them sorted. They team are not pushy in selling you a car they ensure its right for you. Will definatley return and highley recommend.

I needed a replacement car quickly and arranged a purchase without being able to see the vehicle first. On the day of collection I was given plenty of time to check and try before funds were transferred. A very relaxed experience. I found a minor issue the following day which I had fixed, the cost of which was refunded. I would happily buy a car from them again. Highly recommended.
