Good price and easy to sign up
5 stars so far for the good price and easy sign up. I haven't yet broken down and needed to call them out, so don't know anything about that side of things.

They are naturally cheaper as they do not give the services on offer as standard from other recovery firms! MORAL: One gets what one pays for!
This is a breakdown company advertising attendance on average in 43 minutes and discounted prices even as much as 70% of others.
Attracted by their advertising hype, I bought their top cover including home start and national recovery.
Less than ten days later I had a problem. I was unable to open the car door using the electronic key. I changed the key fob battery and the mechanical key was unable to open the car door.
I called Motoring Assistance. They told me they cannot help if I was locked out. They gave me the telephone number for a locksmith, based 200 miles away in Norwich!
My experience convinced me Motoring Assistance was cheap because they do not offer the level of service that other firms like AA or RAC would offer as standard.
Luckily, I was within the cooling off period. So, I rang them and promptly cancelled the policy.
The lesson: They are naturally cheaper as they do not give the services on offer as standard from other recovery firms!
MORAL: One gets what one pays for!
