A really pleasant experience
A really pleasant experience, no pressure selling .We were left to browse until we found the perfect car for us. Then Nathan helped us with all the paperwork, he was very knowledgeable and guided us through the boring part of the purchase ..This is our third purchase from Motorpoint and we are extremely satisfied with both the price of our new vehicle and the part exchange price of old car. I was so impressed by the whole…
I was so impressed by the whole experience of buying a car at Motorpoint. The atmosphere in the showroom was so relaxed and comfortable. Not pressurised at all. I had had a very upsetting afternoon at Big Motoring World that nearly put me off buying a car from a similarly large showroom. I’m so glad it didn’t. I would 100% buy another car from here. Abs was brilliant to deal with. A credit to the company.

Excellent Experience
Had a wonderful experience with Motorpoint Castleford. Filled out an online form to obtain a valuation and then made an appointment to attend on the 6th March. When we arrived was told that it would be 20-25 minutes for them to look around the vehicle to make sure everything was in order and in that allotted time the sales guy came back and advised us that everything was fine. Payment received a few hours later. Could ask for anymore and it was a pleasure doing business.

After looking for a Focus ST in just the right spec, I found it in the Peterbourough store but had it transported to my local store at Castleford.
On arrival we were met by Charlotte, who took us to the vehicle, handed the keys over and let us inspect it alone with no pressure at all, at test drive time we signed a form and then just went out for 30 mins to see how we like it, when we got back Charlotte sorted all the paperwork out very efficiently, and made the whole process dead easy.
