Ordered the car through the website, arrive at my allotted time and after the test drive of my part exchange was done, car transferred to my name and off I went.

The gentleman who actually attended to…
The gentleman who actually attended to me was very polite helpful and professional even though he was acting on behalf of Nik, who I started dealing with who is also a lovely gentleman. Apparently Nik, also attended to me in 2022 when I got my car at Motorpoint.
Unfortunately I had to pay extra £250 against my initial agreement deposit of £3000/part exchange when another colleague had to review my finance with the finance company stating some reasons I couldn't understand.
Overall I would say my experience was very good and I can confidently recommend anyone to Motorpoint.

Superb experience!!
Our experience from beginning to end was brilliant. This is our second time here at Chingford exchanging our car. We were initially helped by Raj and then assisted by Zeynep who was very helpful.
