Friendly sales team. Johnny and Zeynep were great. Took their time to go through everything. Not pushy at all and answered all my questions. Ensured I had a beverage during the appointment. 1st time using Motorpoint and I would use again and recommend

It was good but when I went to pick up the car I found some scratches at the back of the car ( driver side ) when I asked the team said we can only give a touch on one of them and will be seen the rest butter to leave , the should of offer the complete paint to the area as it’s not been mentioned in the advertisement the company should owner fixing it but every one was trying to get out of it and give reasons doesn’t make since . I hope you can comeback to me and offer doing the complete the job professionally. Thanks

They have a great selection of cars and are easy to find etc, and they also transported the car I chose from Derby to Chingford. Got a good deal from them, with a fair part exchange value for my current car. Maddie who dealt with me was excellent, she was polite, friendly, very professional, the waiting area was nice with free coffee etc, and all in all a pleasant experience - and very happy with my new car!

Reserved a car to test drive by phone day before. Car wasn't ready so waited for 40 mins. Lovely showroom, waiting area with coffee machine and toilets. Zeynap looked after us very well throughout. Explained benefits of extras like extended warranty, dashcam if we wanted. No pressure sales here. Took our time checking over and test drove. They have a great choice of cars. Would use them again.

A really smooth and straightforward experience

I recently bought my car from Motorpoint and so far I’m happy with it. Nik started the process with me and was really helpful. He took the time to go through everything and made sure I was comfortable with what I was doing.

Zeyneb was also lovely and very personable. Both Nik and Zeyneb made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and I was genuinely in and out without it feeling like a long or stressful process.

I knew what car I wanted and paid for it outright, so the purchase itself was quite straightforward. The bank transfer process was also really easy.

I wasn’t overly happy with the valet when I collected the car, but when I mentioned it, Zeyneb arranged for it to be revaleted without any issue, which I appreciated. Nik also made sure I could come back for the service at a time that suited me, as the car was due one within three months.

Overall, it was a good experience. The car has been good so far, and I appreciated how helpful and personable Nik and Zeyneb were without making the process feel pressured or complicated.

Customer service was a definite 5 star, helped through the process of buying a car by sales Executive Osman Ali.
He was honest, transparent and helped us to select the T Cross VW, emailing & calling to communicate effectively at every key stage of the sales process.
Only downside was the senior salesperson who intervened at the end, attitude was dissapointing and laughing when we were debating price for the car we were trading in, just needed a simple answer.
May have seemed worse after dealing with Ali who was far more professional.
Overall, great experience definitely dependent on the expertise & staff who provide the service.

Raj , the sales consultant went above and beyond to get the car for me. The car I was very Untreated in had just been sold. The car then again came back up for sale, he contacted me straight away. From then he made the transaction so smooth with every detail covered. 10/10
