Its taken 8months to write this review. 8 months down the line im still more than happy with my Kodiaq...After finding my vehicle with its specs and mileage . Before buying i rang 5 skoda main dealerships around the uk and none of them could beat or match the price 🤔.... 3 of them told me to buy it. The staff are all brilliant esp Charlie. Highest quality vehicles at they wont be beaten prices. I had a minor issue which they sorted immediately. If your looking for a specific vehicle and spec. You wont go wrong....

The experience was made effortless and painless by Katarine. She gave me time to have a good look at the car but was available to answer any questions. The payment process was made straightford by Katarine who guided me through it. Motorpoint were excellent throughout and at no time put any pressure on me. If I have to buy another car I would be very happy to use them again.

Friendliness seemed key from the Portsmouth depot and though realise that a sales pitch means getting to know your customer relatively quickly and say the right thing, nothing felt too much from Wesley who was our Sales Executive. The depot itself was clean and fresh, though there was an issue with female/disabled toilet which required attention. My initial contact was through Tom vis on line/tele service where I also recieved quality customer service. This is the 3rd car I have acquired through Motorpoint due to both the quality of customer care and the fact the cars have never let me down, are a good quality and the extended warranty (at an extra cost as you would expect but can be added on to your finance) is extensive enough that I feel that any mechanical breakdown beyond normal wear and tear is covered and gives me peace of mind if any issues did arise.

Megan was very helpful and always friendly. I know fire safety is important but her manager should not have arranged a course for the time of the handover as it had been arranged 4 days previously. Wesley held the fort very well, however.

2nd car purchase in 3 years and nothings changed, All staff friendly and helpful as the last time, Will use again as new car exactly what i wanted at a good price too.

Motorpoint has the customer at the forefront of its operation. The staff are attentive, welcoming and have engendered the personal touch when dealing with their clients. The prices of the products are at the very front of competitiveness. I would have no doubts about recommending Motorpoint in future

Josh was absolutely amazing .
The process of buying the car , the actual car I bought was/is brilliant .
However the car I collected was not cleaned at all ,this is an important part of buying a car and this needs to not be missed .

Wes, was extremely helpful answering all our questions.
He wasn’t pushy at all and let us look in our own time.

Overall it was ok but it certainly could have been better. The price match that is offered is a bit misleading as they will only price match to the exact same car (even down to the colour) and the mileage has to be within 1000. This must happen very rarely which explains why they're happy to offer it.

I was happy with the car I purchased though but I still feel it was priced slightly higher than it should have been but I needed a car and so went through with the purchase. The fuel light came on during the short test drive but I didn't think anything of it, I mentioned it when I returned and they said they could top it up before I left. Unfortunately though they had no spare fuel and were not willing to go to a local station to get some for me. They were also unwilling to give me a small amount of money back on the purchase to cover a bit of fuel. I was told their policy is to not let cars go without the fuel light being on but as it happened on the test drive that's my fault.

It's a shame as it certainly left a bad taste in the mouth and if they were really striving for great customer service then a small gesture like that would have gone a long way.

I primarily dealt with Megan Standing. Megan and her team were very helpful throughout the process of our parts exchange. Everything was explained so well and in simple and easy to understand terms. Megan and her team make us feel so welcome and supported, we really enjoyed the entire experience of getting another car through Motorpoint. Its this kind of service that will keep me coming back to use Motorpoint.

Great from start to finish!

My first interaction with Motorpoint is a great one. My friend previously got a car from them and recommended them. I was first greeted by Megan who instantly made me feel at ease and very patient when it came to deciding a car. She took time to go through several cars and brands and sharing her insight. Not trying to sell me the most expensive car, or all the bells and whistles but an honest and clear idea of what I was looking at and what was in my remit.

I must say when she wasnt on site I was handled amazingly by Reagan (great guy) who was there when my car got delivered. Another gent did help me on collection day (I’m so sorry I forgot his name!) but the honesty from all of them. I had to pop back in to get something sorted and always friendly and Reagan even came and chatted to me for a bit.

This is customer service like I’ve never experienced before - I would recommend this team and site to anyone that wants to get a car here. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and after good conversation with Meg we got down to what I actually needed!

Agreed to sell my car to Motorpoint. Booked an appointment and uploaded all the documents they requested prior to the appointment V5, I’d etc. so all the pre buying prep could be done to ensure the sale went smoothly on the appointment day.

Arrived on time and the agent then set about uploading all the documents into his terminal , even though I had already supplied them , definitely not the smooth process communicated

When it came to the HPI check, it errored on their system as the car had previously a private plate. It passed HPI on the old plate but not the plate on the car, even though VINs were identical matched the car and both V5s were in their hands.

To my surprise the agent then told me to sort it with Motorpoint’s HPI company and gave me their number. I then called them and comically they asked to speak to the Motorpoint agent!

It was clear the agent and manager were stuck on their system error and didn’t know what to do other than give me directions to Webuyanycar.

I went to webuyanycar, same HPI issue, but resolved easily by the manager !
