and go out there way to help you

Contacted customer service via website. Valid extended warranty claim rejected due to Motorpoint mistake and not a single response. 5 cars purchased for family and the first time assistance needed nothing received. Won’t use again.

Brilliant service from Geoff and the team, very good quality vehicles in stock all ready to go we came to look at a van and ended up taking it home a few hours later. Brilliant service and great cups of coffee.

Easy viewing online; easy shipment of the car from one store to our closest one for a reasonable fee. Special thanks to Geoff Allen from the Stockton on Tees branch who was excellent from start to finish. Explaining everything and sorting out the necessary so we were road legal. Just an all-round great experience with a fantastic car at a fantastic price. Will be buying from Motorpoint again in the future!

This was my fourth car purchase from Motorpoint. I let them know what I am looking for, they search their nationwide stock of cars and email me with potential matches. If the car isn’t at my local branch they transport it. All so easy and none of the hard sell. Saves time and I know I’m getting a decent vehicle. Highly recommend.

From initial contact to walking out with the keys to my new car, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. The car was like new and ready for me to drive away. Very happy with the service received.
A special mention to the salesman Teague who has great customer service skills and made us feel welcome. Also Laura(?) on the initial phone call explained everything really clearly and was very helpful.

I purchased a vehicle from the company in Jan 25 and purchased a 3 year warranty. I've had to change the car and purchased another from them and have had to purchase a further warranty as the sales rep did not know if I could transfer/ get a refund on the previous warranty.
Contacted Motorpoint today re my previous warranty and have been told that I can not transfer it or receive any refund... affectively I have lost hundreds of pounds. Had the rep told me this... he said he had no idea....I wouldn't have got another warranty with the company....the last car and warranty I will get with them....BEWARE
