We were very well treated and staff at Motorpoint at Stockton (Laura Cudlip in particular) as went out of their way to ensure we were able to find the car which suited us best both in terms of price and also the redemption value on our old car. They also ensured that paperwork and finial arrangements were done swiftly to cause us the absolute minimum inconvenience in the handover. This is the third Qashqai we have bought from Motorpoint: the previous two were from Motorpoint in Peterborough where we lived before moving to Northallerton less than a year ago. We are thus very well satisfied with Motorpoint as a car dealer.

August 2024 was the last purchase which was for my own car and such was the service and aftercare that we didn’t hesitate in going back when my wife was looking to change her car. We found a car online which was located at another branch and we got in touch with Raees and straight away he was onto it and arranging it to come to the Stockton branch, we popped in and got a part ex price and paid our deposit and within 10 days we were away with a new car and wife is delighted with the purchase.

Highly recommend Motorpoint Stockton and especially Raees as his customer service and after care is amazing and will definitely see him again when my son is looking at getting a new car.

I recently acquired my 2024 Mazda 3 Homura through motor point, while they were very quick and streamline to arrange stuff, the experience wasn't the best, i looked at 7 Mazda 3s at several motor points before finding one that was decent condition, a lot of them had scuffs, scratches, ( one even had a giant gouge in the paint down to the metal which the Manager of the Stockton tees branch tried to say was normal!!, these are under 1 year old cars in sub par condition, which is abit disappointing, as i had to travel an hour to Stockton, 2.5 to Widnes, & 3 to Birmingham, they're quick to take your money but if you ask anything like photos of the car outside the ad they apparently are too busy!, every branch i went to there was 5-7 staff members standing about chatting so i highly doubt that!,

one of my pet peeves as well is they don't allow outside financing, forcing you to take a higher interest rate loan, instead of a lower interest rate one from the bank or a credit union, which i think is abit predatory,

overall its two stars, the staff were friendly enough but apart from that it was a sub par experience

From beginning to end to end everything was perfect choice of cars available, friendly, helpful staff,test drive taken, whole purchase system was simple, easy to follow, everything explained fully.
So easy, a pleasant experience thank you.
