Chris from the call centre was very good
Chris was very good at knowing what we wanted, we had a problems with one of the stores and Chris from the call centre helped us out over the phone and did all he good to help and got the car transferred to Widnes. Rachel at Widnes was very good, and made the swap to our new car very quick, she was very polite and went through everything with us

Easy no nonsense car buying.
Looked at cars on Motorpoint website then went to site. Greeted at the door was. asked a few questions was then handed keys without any hassle or fuss. All questions answered. Straightforward process to car buying. Very pleased with my new (to me) car.

Pleased with my new car and the trade in experience. Helpful sales guy took me for a test drive and answered my questions. A quick and straightforward process. There was some service paperwork not with the car, that motorpoint couldn't supply, but I was able to get copies of this from the original main dealer.
