Great no hassle sales team which I…
Great no hassle sales team which I really appreciate. I was dealt with by Jake who offered all the usual extras, mats, protection etc but didn't hard sell or pressurize me. I was offered a decent price for my car with the minimum of fuss. The sales process was very straightforward and the handover/pickup was dealt with professionally by Vaughan. Would have been a 5 star review but not convinced the car had been valeted or cleaned properly. The body was dusty and the engine bay was full of old dried leaves from where it had been stored (not Widnes i think) and was dirty. Otherwise I love the car and the sales/pickup service and staff were 5 star.

Had to wait along time to collect the car. Also I had part x inspected

At Widnes a day later when collecting new car…. Then tried to renegotiate the price on part x eventually it was sorted at original price but did take considerable time

I found motorpoint staff very helpful
I found motorpoint staff very helpful. Hassle free to look at the cars with no pushy sales push, but helping in any questions etc. Easy transfer of my car to the new one after a test drive. Only problem I found was the cars for sale didn't have any prices on them. They did in the past few years. I managed this information on the website though.
