I’m often sceptical of highly positive reviews of any business or service, and I rarely leave one unless it’s truly warranted.
I’ve had no previous contact with MotorProbe and wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. As I hadn’t purchased a vehicle privately in over 20 years, I decided to reach out to see what they could offer.
From the very first phone call through to the last conversation with Jeff, the service was 100% professional, with first-class customer care throughout and expert evaluation of the vehicle.
I can’t speak highly enough of the attention to detail, the regular updates and guidance, and the overall level of support. I genuinely felt in safe hands from start to finish.

Customer service second to none, gave us a feeling of assurance buying a car from a dealer. Having had bad experiences previously, the through 3hr check and detailed report gave us piece of mind that we wouldn’t have with our limited knowledge of cars.

Fantastic service as always, reliable and friendly. I’ve used Motorprobe several times now to inspect vehicles I wanted to purchase and luckily thanks to Jeff managed to avoid some real. Money pits. If you’re looking for a new car this service is worth every penny.

I would just like to say Jefferson at motorprobe was a fantastic chap to deal with he carried out a full ppi on my porsche 911. He is professional and very knowledgable and goes into great detail.

I cannot recommend MotorProbe highly enough! I was first introduced to MotorProbe when they visited me to undertake an inspection on a car that I was selling. I was so impressed with how methodical and thorough the inspection which lasted several hours was. I witnessed that they checked everything, including many things that the average buyer would not check. My car was sold and the company left a lasting memory with me. To such an extent that when I found my next car that was located over 150 miles away from me, I contracted MotorProbe to undertake the same work for me after now having the confidence that I had absolute faith in the inspection and report. The result was such that the feedback I received was so comprehensive I was able to be assured of the quality of the vehicle I was planning on buying and subsequently proceeded to buy the vehicle on the back of MotorProbe's inspection and without even seeing the vehicle. Further to this, MotorProbe even undertook the negotiation with the seller and secured me a purchase price which was less than what I was prepared to pay initially. I am absolutely delighted with my new car and the car is exactly as it was reported to me during the inspection. This really is a great company to deal with and one that provides a true quality, comprehensive and assured service with people who have a passion for cars at the center of it. When the need arises, I will be sure to use MotorProbe again!

Great customer service, really helpful and informative, assured me of each step of process, did not let me fall out of the loop.

I love cars, but know little about what goes on beneath the bonnet. So buying a second hand car is such a nervous time for me. After being recommended to MotorProbe by my local Porsche specialist, I thought it sounded a good idea. It turned out to be a tremendous idea, one which saved me time, anxiety, and money too.

On the phone, Jeff at MotorProbe talked me through his expertise (which is top notch) and we agreed for him to contact a dealer I'd found about a Porsche I had my eye on. From that point on, I had an expert on my side. Jeff's knowledge about cars (and Porsches in particular) is amazing. Even the dealer said he was impressed with what he spotted and his car detection skills.

After sussing that the car sounded good on the phone, Jeff traveled to the dealer and spent 5 hours performing a Porsche specialist inspection. The report I received was super detailed and Jeff talked me through it in layman's terms. To top it all off, Jeff then negotiated on my behalf and I came away with a healthy saving.

I really can't recommend Jeff and MotorProbe enough. I can now enjoy my shiny new pride and joy and not worry about it going pop because I'd missed something. Thanks Jeff.
