My review is for the excellent customer service via Mouldd’s on-line chat portal. I placed an order and though I changed my billing address, I did not change my shipping address. In panic I searched for a phone number but the choice’s for communication were either email or chat, so reluctantly I went with Chat. I couldn’t have been more surprised at the level of customer service and speed at which it was delivered. I told them the problem, I was asked for new address and my issue was instantly resolved, they even emailed me a screen shot of the conversation. The whole thing was resolved in 2 - 3 minutes. The person helping me was very friendly and professional. Mouldd has definitely won my custom from now on. Fantastic service. Thank you team Mouldd. 🙂

I’ve used many different resin brands over the years, usually price-based decisions. Finally chose Mouldd because of all the positive reviews, and wasn’t disappointed. The quality is great. I have only being crafting with epoxy resin for a few months, but have found Mouldd resin to be an easy product to use with clear instructions and helpful tutorials. It is lovely and clear when cured. I bought the coaster starter kit, which had everything I needed from resin, moulds, mica powder, and tools. A fantastic kit and I’ve found a new very addictive hobby and purchased from Mouldd again without hesitation.

This was my very first time using resins I had a F&M wooden cheese box with a wooden lid with a centre insert of woven rattan that was slightly lower so I decided to fill this area in using various items ribbon and a label all baring the F&M logo using clear resign with a few flecks of gold which I poured over the items for my very first attempt at this I’m very pleased it is now a small coffee table on wheels yes I’m looking forward to seeing where this new hobby takes me

This isn't the cheapest resin but I found the quality and customer service amazing. I use the subscription service which gives you a discount and also a free mould each month. I cant fault anything with this company always helpful and accommodating with any issues arising. 5* from me

Mouldd deep pour is a fantastic product for woodturning hybrid items giving bubble free and crystal clear results and cuts well when cured.

I recently bought the 1.1 resin . I found it easy to use and the shine on the goods is brilliant. This is my second lot I.ve bought and very happy.i would definitely recommend it.

I have been using this company since March time and wouldn't use anyone else. I love the option of mould of the month for a £1. Delivery is always quick. I had an issue with accessing my rewards once and the communication and helpfulness so I didn't lose out on my voucher was amazing. Great rewards system too.

I am 71 years of age and have been a crafter for many years knitting, making mainly paper Christmas decorations, a little crocheting and beading. For the last 20 odd years I have mainly made greeting cards. I have never used resin before and when I saw this product I thought I would give it a try. I have bought the resin, a number of moulds, colour pigments and mica powders but I have not got started as yet. The products arrived swiftly and look amazing and I have had follow up email with links to video tutorials which I think is very helpful. I am sure I will be ordering more once I get started and then I can give a more useful review.

This is my second order and I have to say I love it. Its easy to use and not messy at all. Im just experimenting with colours and moulds.
