Mounja Gummies Reviews & Complaints 2026 Avis 

When I originally ordered this product, it claimed to be refundable in full within 6 months. Within the first 3 weeks, I noticed NO RESULTS so contacted the seller about it. No matter how many times I sent emails or phone calls, I kept being given a runaround with new mandates.
The reason I began using PayPal again was for protection from unscrupulous vendors. Well, I was wrong about PayPal. Though I documented pages of contact attempts and the vendor's changing requirements, besides faxing them to PayPal, I was told there was nothing they would do to request reimbursement or refund of $314.58. Two times I addressed this with PayPal who shot it down saying nothing was wrong. I had submitted the paper trail proving my point.
I am now gun-shy when ordering from supposedly honest vendors since I did not even receive protection from PayPal.

I tried to get a refund prior to receiving the product. I have a heart condition and I had finally heard from my cardiologist team. There advice "Do not purchase this product due to failure to report findings." This is 100% a scam, I am a senior citizen living off of my social security. This was a lot of money to lose. Trust nothing online

This is a total scam involving three companies: PureWellness, vitalhealthsupps.com & Cartpanda, are all inter connected.
The videos appear on Facebook ads involving 1. Julian, Michaels and Serena Williams.2. Dr. Phil and his wife. The exact same lines are used in their sales pitch. I realized within 6 hours of placing the order, it was a total scam. I immediately canceled the order before it could be shipped. I kept every piece of documentation, time stamps ect. They sent the product anyway, stating it could not be cancelled.
Since I have retired, I was now on a mission to stop these scammers and report these companies. For three weeks straight, I called, sent emails, filled out forms, took photos ;working non-stop every day to stop these fraudulent companies.
I worked with my credit card company continuously, providing all documentation to them.
I did receive a credit, but I worked this whole ordeal like a real job.
Please avoid this scam.
Lesson learned: no more purchases from social media ads ever, they are not regulated, could care less about the public.. it is all about the money. Please beware. Mounja Gummy.. total fraud!!

The Gummies made me sick on the third day I took them. I had to go to my Doctor because it felt like I had food poisoning. In stead of three bottles, they sent me 11. I would like my money back on the three bottles I paid for and I will return all the rest.

I bought their 6-pack ($324.87), followed the instructions and didn't lose an ounce. Contacted them via the email they provided 2 weeks. Emma, Jessica and Laura requested I continue using it for 2 more weeks and it should work. At the end of the 2nd 2-week period I contacted Laura again and she said "At this point I need to escalate your case to our specialized team so they can review your situation and help with the return and full refund process. Please fill out this form so they can prioritize your case: 👉 their link" This was on May 10th and I filled out the form and have heard nothing from them since. I have emailed Laura several times and no response from her, Emma, Jessica or anyone else!

This is a total scam and there are laws to protect consumers. However, when we don't have district attorneys who enforce the laws we get ripped off.

I believe Cartpanda is in on the scheme as well and should be held accountable for their part.

SCAM!!! RIDICULOUS. They got ALL the product back, unopened and were given all info and pics requested for a full refund. That was in MARCH 2026 I Still have not gotten my over $300 refund and only get a run around about submitting another escalation form. DONT BUY MOUNJA GUMMIES!!!! They are not even a real company, this product is shipped from a warehouse that stocks MANY products and the person who takes the money is not the person or company that provides the product - See the problem!! there is NO ONE to refund you!!!!

Total scam! Do NOT buy these fake weight loss gummies. I contacted the company to get a "satisfaction guaranteed" refund but they never follow through. I'm now out hundreds of dollars.

As I see reviews of everyone complaining, I am adding my input as well. Paid $331.00 bought 6 bottle package early March 2026. Saw the same crappy video with Serena Williams, Jillian Michaels ( it should be illegal to falsely use there names). to sponsor this product, so they say I took it all in, watching the obnoxious video and decided to try it. So as I tried it for 2 weeks, nothing burger, I even thought to take 2 at a time. So, I realized it was a SCAM. And the fact it has Red 40, even pissed me off. along with other "natural flavors". unacceptable. I try to call, several times over and they just hang up on you. I sent an email- hope they respond and begin my long begging for a refund. This whole process and what FB, Instagram is doing to consumers should be illegal. We are victims to be scammed on a level no one will put a stop to. I am done with any gimmicks, products on any social platform and hope we all wise up to this process. I have learned my lesson. No More

Didn't work it has been two weeks, no call back. Got a link to provide 5 photos. No address so I am going to use the return address. SCAM!

Totally dishonest.I went through a conversation with rep at MG, FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER, and confirmation my return arrived in Florida. NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT of my return nor CONFIRMATION of my $300.00 REFUND.

I was scammed by the advertisement say Julien Michael's endorsed this product. After 1 month of taking the gummies and no weight loss, I started really checking into the product by not using Google. I found it was a scam and im out hundreds of dollars.

I am a 77 year old woman & recorded Jillian Michael’s promo sales pitch on FB for Mounja Gummies& Lipo & purchased 6 Bottles; and the upgrade of 6 bottles of Lipo Boost Drops promoted by a man. Watch & listened to the 2 videos 4x & took notes. The box it wgen delivered in was damaged; however, when I opened the box nothing was broken and there was only the packing slip. I took the Mounja Gummy & recommended amount of the Zlipp Boost. I ended up after a few days being rushed by an ambulance to the ER where they sent the Mounja Gummy & Lipo Boost samples to their lap to see what was contained in both products that caused me to pass out. I take no prescribed medications, or OTC supplements. Have not been a patient in the hospital since 1971. I wanted to lose 20 lbs & she had Serena Williams as her celebrity success story. I have no health issues & gained 20 pounds. I was willing to try the Mounja Gummy; however, before I could complete the purchase it was paused suggesting to upgrade my purchase with Lipo Boost 6 Bottles to my purchase which ended up being a total: $506.63 that Cartpanda processed lightening fast. After the 2nd day of taking their products - I got sick. And was feeling unwell. I ate a balanced meal & drank warm water. No junk food & did not eat after 6:00 pm. 3rd day passed out .& rushed by ambulance to the ER. 2 Gastroenterologists were called in after they ran scans & lab tests were done. They examined me & did not have a heart attack, stroke, or brain aneurism. The doctors waited for the lab results & watched JM’s video & the man’s video promoting Lipo Boost. The lab results resulted in their finding the cause and were able to medically treat me and had me stay 2 days to be monitored. I did not want to use the products & sent an email to vitalhealthsupps.com asking them to send me the information to return all their products with an RMA. One of the Gastroenterologist’s had his Assistant pack the products in a strong box & tie area ribbon on the opened 1 bottle of Mounja Gummies & 1 opened bottle of Lipo Boost - the glass bottles were bubble wrapped and the Gummie had bubble stair between the bottles to keep them from bouncing around while in transit to return them. I sent 2 emails & attached photos of the products & the original packaging slip. No response from vitahealthsupps.com customer support. Fortunately, I screen shot everything & recorded the phone calls. JM in her video guaranteed a full refund, no questions asked. Then I received email from Aileen representing Cartpanda & she offered a 35% refund& I could keep the products. I was looking at the receipt & saw a phone number & called & spoke to Cathy/Kathy representing Cartpanda and explained things to her & she provided an RMA number & the address to send the products back. I repeated. Verbally what Kathy instructed. Call med the Gastroenterologist $ spoke to his assistant who was ready as the box was sealed. I gave her the info & then she picked me up & we went to the UPS and had them look at the products& she said it was packaged well & processed the label putting the RMA number on the receipt & says it would get to Aurora, CO by Monday, Tuesday at the latest & they would have to sign for it having been delivered. My cost was $31.55. I wanted a full credit back to my VISA as quickly as they processed my payment. The total Refund was to be the cost of Mounja Gummies & Lipo Boost products, plus the taxes totaling $496.68 as I excluded the $9.95 Ptiority Shipping with Insurance Protection. The FULL Refund back to my Visa would be $496.68. I told Aileen I had spoken to Kathy. Recorded he call & was sending back the products & wanted a FULL refund credited back to my VISA card upon receipt of the products. Thanked her for responding & appreciated Cathy/Kathy’s assistance in providing the RMA & address to send the box. I saw a phone number on the receipt & that his how I was.connected to Cathy/Kathy. I after talking to Cathy/Kathy replied to Aileen that was sending the products back with an RMA .& address provided by UPS. Then I received an email from Cartpands named Marvy. He acknowledged the RMA & offered a $250 refund & I replied through an email that I wanted a full refund not a partial & did not want the products that landed me in the ER & stay for 2 days being monitored. I received a notice from my email that Cartpanda rejected my reply to Marvy’s Email. I sent an EMail to Cartpanda asking why they rejected the reply to Marvy’s email from me. Have heard nothing yet. I saved all email messages, screen shots, recorded all calls & saved the 2 videos. I gave them the UPS tracking number. I learned that PureWellness, vitalhealthsupps.com & Cartpanda are all inter connected.

In hindsight - when one protester a product they guarantee will work & you do not have to diet or exercise and in 2 weeks can lose 15 lbs Serena Williams did - it was stupid to buy

I was not satisfied with this product. I called the phone number on the bottle. Customer service gave me an email address to write to. They said there would be a 2 to 4 day period for a reply. I called back 4 weeks later and got the same directive. I sent another email. I just called today, 6 weeks after the 2nd email, and was once again told write another letter. DO NOT BUY if you think there is any possibility you might need a refund. The Mounja Gummy is going into the trash to today. Deceptive marketing that you will be able to get a refund. lesson learned.

I received the product and didn’t like the taste. I tried taking it for a couple days but the taste was terrible. After 13 emails the company said they would refund the full amount but I have to pay shipping. I tried being nice then finally told them they were driving me crazy. Sorry they said but here’s another solution. I keep the bottles and they’ll give me a partial refund. This kept on till the last email stating I could have the full refund but I have to pay shipping. It’s not over yet.

I’ve been taking Mounja Gummies for a couple of weeks and I’m happy with the results so far. They taste good, are easy to take, and helped me control my cravings, especially in the evening. I also feel a bit more energetic during the day.
