Scam website!

Ordered and paid, but have had no communication or replies to emails, chats, phone calls and web communications. Strongly suspect this is a fraudulent company.

I ordered 3 items. I received 2, with 1 being in "Preparing for shipping" status. I waited a while and got nothing. Can't reach them, they don't seem to open their emails.

Scam. Do not buy from this page.

Looks like another scam. I ordered a product, paid then nothing. Email for a follow up and no response. They are either a terrible online merchant or a scam - either way I would avoid. If the product magically appears (doubtful) I will update this rating but if you see one star (zero would be more appropriate) you know what to do :)

As per previous reviews I can confirm that this business is a scam. I placed an order on the 3rd of December 2024 and never received. I contacted them through several ways (email, instagram,messenger) and although they replied once that they will refund me (name of person replied was Rob), the refund never took place. Please stay away.

mountainsports-distribution.com is a scam site. I placed my order, got confirmation email, but never a tracking number. I speak to them a few words in the online chat, and after wait 2 weeks, still no answer or tracking number. I told them i will cancel my order and they just sent a emoticon silly face. Some authority should do something with this austrian scam.

Never shipped my order, never replied to emails, even through messages sent through their website. Got a refund through Revolut fortunately. It almost seems like there is nobody actually working there anymore but they left the website up.

i order something from them, from 15 May, they took my money 2 days later, never sent me anything, never reply to my emails

I ordered a couple of gloves, which were sent only two weeks after order, and sent to wrong address. In the end I never received them. I messaged the company daily for more than a week, after which I finally got response. In the end I got my money back.

Keine Kommunikation. Keine Ware erhalten. Seit zwei Wochen keinerlei Lebenszeichen.

Jetzt ein Klärungsfall bei PayPal.

Ordered in stock parts , nothing arrived after 3 weeks messaged multiple times no response.
Wish I had checked on this site first.

I ordered "in stock" item from them and I received it exactly one month after the purchase. They dont communicate per email and dont answer phone calls. You have to be patient or look somewhere else if you dont want to wait like I did.

I had some questions about the components I ordered and the owner was more than happy to help. He was very knowledgeable. The parts came in time and everything went as it should. Compared to other dealers, the prices on this web-shop are pretty low. Would definitely recommend trusting this company!

2 weeks and no item. Sent them an email and got a reply that the item had been sent. Bye Bye 30 euros!

I order some goods from this shop's website, they were shown as being in stock. a month later I asked for a tracking number as i had not received them yet. No response, I later contacted them through the still active social media channels, called them multiple times but no response on any of it. I just lodged a complaint at visa to see if I can recoup my losses. Although they seem legit, the complete lack of communication on the topic make me think they're going bankrupt or are a scam.
