I've been a customer of Moustache Coffee Club for like 5 ish years. They are awesome! I am regularly learning about new flavors that I enjoy, where they're from, etc. to develop my pallet. And as someone who is sensitive to acidic coffee, this coffee club is always nice on my tummy :)
These guys are great - Awesome coffee
These guys are great. I've been a member for years now and they always knock it out of the park. I've been into really awesome coffee for a long time and I've had other good coffee but never have I had so much good coffee, every shipment is unique and awesome.
They roast super light so if you like medium or dark roast, this is not for you. That said if you have coffee as good as this, you don't roast it dark cause it's a waste. Their coffee tastes like nothing you would ever imagine, loads of unqiue and interesting tasting notes, there was a watermelon co-ferment recently that was bomb.
Their customer service is also amazing. If there is ever an issue (like a lost bag or a delay) they just refund me and send me a new bag. They are super personable and chill you just email them and they fix everything.
Worst customer service tone I've ever received.
I signed up for Moustache Coffee Club through a discounted Black Friday promotion and later requested cancellation. On January 18, I was charged for the subscription. Due to a brain injury that affects my memory, I do not recall receiving the coffee associated with that charge, though it is possible that I did.
Initially, I believed I had been charged multiple times. After reviewing my records more carefully, I later confirmed that there was only one charge. I contacted support to ask whether the coffee associated with the January 18 charge had been shipped or delivered and to request cancellation.
I received an initial automated response explaining that the company is a small team and directing me to self-service cancellation, but my specific question about delivery status was not addressed. I followed up to explain that I might be mistaken, provided context about my memory issues, and explicitly invited correction if their records showed that the coffee had been delivered. I also apologized in case my message caused offense.
Rather than receiving clarification about shipment or delivery, the response included the statement: “I deal with people like you all the time.” No confirmation was provided regarding whether the coffee had been shipped or delivered, and the underlying billing and fulfillment question remained unresolved.
I am sharing this experience to document the communication and outcome. Others may have different experiences, but this was mine.
Fantastic coffee
Fantastic coffee, engaging and easy to use interface for ordering. We tried supplementing with another roaster and decided the quality is so good that we should just order another bag from moustache
Quality Product, fast delivery
Coffee is much superior to anything I can buy locally. It arrives fresh and aromatic. Interesting variety too.

Just wanted to say when I resigned up there was no warning of me being charged first. It said my schedule date was 2 weeks later but when restarted it charged me that day.

Exceptional quality and variety.
The coffees are exceptional in terms of quality and variety. It also offers subscribers the chance to order more of the coffee that they love. Delivery is very flexible and they keep members informed. It is a very good value. I got to taste many different varietals I otherwise wouldn't even begin to look for.

Claims fresh roasted but doesn't taste fresh. Also no direct way of canceling them on their site.

Couldn't understand why until I went to their page and tried to navigate through their confusing setup only to finally find out the service defaults to their most expensive plan that sends you coffee every week. I could barely go through the one bag in one week but that's not the gist of my complaint.
My complain is the fact that they claim the coffee is freshly roasted but it tastes like it was old coffee that was reroasted. I have been an avid drinker of all different kinds of coffee from the cheap stuff to the very expensive coffees for over a past 2 decades and there is no way coffee is that dark but yet comes off tasting that light. It took me 3 to 4 times the amount of coffee I normally would use with any other coffee just to get any flavor out their coffee and trust me when I say it wasn't just with one of the coffees I was having this problem with since as I said I was receiving many of their coffees and NOT by choice.
Also ended up finding out the hard way you can't just cancel this service. You have to email them to cancel and hope they respond back while having to keep going back to their site to try and manual prevent the site from shipping more coffee since the other problem with this site is that you have to manage the deliveries on a week to week basis rather than having an option to stop the deliveries altogether or at least stop the deliveries for the month.
Would not recommend this service.

Highly recommend, great service
Moustache Coffee Club does very well what it claims it has set out to do - support the people that dedicate their lives to running small coffee farms all over the world and bring a wide variety of great coffees to its customers in an extremely convenient manner. I first received a 6-month subscription as a gift and fully anticipated cancelling the service as soon as my gifted time ran out. Four years later and I can't imagine what I would do without the curated stream of delicious coffee delivered to my mailbox once every month.
The main user interface of the website may not always be the most intuitive nor the prettiest to look at by today's standards, but it's not nearly enough of a drawback to justify lowering my rating by 20%. If I had 10 stars to work with, I might give it 9 for that reason. But probably not even then.
Things I love about the service:
- each coffee comes with a description card that includes tasting notes as well as coffee's region, its processing method, and the farmers and workers who make it all possible
- it's like putting your full song library on shuffle - a curated selection of a huge variety of coffees and unique flavor profiles
- totally customizable - if you develop a fondness for a particular coffee, you can directly select to receive it again for the next shipment, or you can entirely skip your next shipment
- outstanding quality and freshness every time
Moustache Coffee Club has opened my eyes to the depth and breadth of the coffee universe, and it remains the best and most convenient way for me to receive the most delicious and freshest coffees from around the world. Brewing up a cup of my most recent delivery ensures that I start every day on a good note.

Unique and delicious coffee!
I’ve been a member for years now (with a short break in the middle). What I like most about MCC is that they have very unique lots and roasts. I’m always happy with the coffee that they deliver, and you can tell that they go out of their way to find interesting beans.

These guys generally have the best subscription coffee plan, but sometimes even the best goofs. You know what though? They read their reviews and they make it right.

I tried a number of mail order coffee…
I tried a number of mail order coffee companies before sticking with Moustache. In all the time I have been a customer, I have not received a single bag of beans that was less than amazing, There are some I liked better than others, but it was really the difference between a great cup of coffee and the greatest cup of coffee. I don't know how they consistently get the beast beans, but they are hands down better than any of the competitors. I've recommended them to many friends and every single one has become a Moustache convert.

Great product, great people
So far, my experience with MCC has been excellent. The coffees are usually delicious and the website has been clear and easy to navigate. I really like the fact that they always have several coffees on hand and that I can choose from a few options for each shipment.
I also want to highlight their small business mentality. I love their responsiveness to questions and the reviews on the coffee. The people behind the logo are friendly, and respond to queries with a personal touch that is refreshing in a world of faceless corporate hierarchies and policies. I hope MCC keeps that open friendliness as they grow and scale.
