It's been a week now and I've had no updates, not even a message to say the bike has been picked up.
No estimated times, absolutely nothing, and it says on their page to not contact them, I imagine this would be because of the excessive wait time?
This is the company the dealer chose to use not me, don't make the same mistake.
I should have had the bike delivered days ago by any normal standard.
If I was paying for this lack of service, I'd be after cancelling the job and getting my money back.

I used Move to collect and deliver my new bike from Hastings to Liverpool. Andy was absolutely brilliant, good communication, reliable and most of all, kept my bike safe 😁 highly recommend. Thank you Move.

I can't rate this company highly enough, excellent professional service from a team who understand the biker ethos.
After an unusual issue, caused by a poorly-informed staff member at a motorcycle dealership, I spoke to Andy at Move. He shifted the earth to ensure assistance was provided, along with safe transport.
A great bunch of guys who provide an excellent and worthwhile service. If you need bikes moving, these are the guys to do it - very highly recommended

They answer the phone, do what they say there gonna do and provide a proffesional service with some advice on dealing with a new bike. Down to earth with no corporate rubbish 😊 and a kind of personal touch that i appreciated.

Professional service kept me well informed during the process. Bike was handled with care and the driver was very well mannered and very helpful. With the bike being new there was a few things I was unsure of but the driver took the time to show me.He obviously knows his stuff.

Despite BMW's best efforts, there was clearly a breakdown in communication with regards to my bike delivery. That said, a big thankyou to Andy who went above and beyond, to deliver my bike on time. A nice guy with an outstanding, professional, "can do" attitude, others would do well to follow.
