Movie Figures Avis

Great service as always

Really great customer service, and super quick delivery. Will use again soon.

Ease of ordering , was kept informed by updates when my product was being delivered and when I did receive my item it was packaged very well to prevent any damage during transit.

There was a significant delay with this particular item that was unforeseen and in no way the fault of Movie Figures, (I guess its part and parcel of collecting) but despite this I was provided with regular updates as to the whereabouts of the shipment which was greatly appreciated. When my item arrived I was immediately notified and an invoice was sent out at the same time. I managed to pay the amount owed before the daily parcel collection and my item arrived with me the next day! Fantastic and caring service as always so many thanks once again Movie Figures!

Great service Again, highly recommended.

Great communication, really friendly and helpful - kept me updated on the figure's arrival and helped me work around my holiday.

My first time using the company, will use again.

Fantastic service. Customer service is tops and delivery is next day.
5 stars for me.
Not the first time I've used them and won't be the last.

Excellent service! Kept me up to date with my preorder. Very helpful with answering questions and arranging delivery of product once in stock! Christine is the best :)

I recently made a purchase from moviefigures and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience! From the moment I landed on their easy-to-navigate website, I knew I was in for a treat. The selection of products is incredible; it’s clear they prioritize quality and uniqueness, ensuring every item feels special.

What truly sets moviefigures apart, though, is their outstanding customer service. They respond swiftly and go above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered, and your needs are met. Their friendly demeanor makes you feel like a valued customer, which is a rare find in today’s fast-paced shopping world.

Shopping with them has been an absolute joy. The seamless process, from browsing their extensive catalog to checking out, was so user-friendly and hassle-free. It’s evident that they’ve put a lot of thought into making their website as accessible as possible, catering to both seasoned collectors and newcomers alike.

I can confidently say that I am a customer for life. The combination of an awesome product range, excellent customer service, and the overall shopping experience is unmatched. If you’re on the fence about making a purchase from moviefigures, don’t hesitate. They’ve earned my highest recommendation, and I’m already looking forward to my next shopping adventure with them!

Great customer service every time I’ve used this company 👍🏼

Great company fast first class service

Have ordered many items from Movie Figures and never had any issues. They are my go-to retailer for all my LOTR Weta statues, which you often cannot find anywhere else in the UK, their prices are really good, their service is very professional & efficient and they are always an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. :) Keep up the great work Movie Figures! :)

Ordered two items approx a week apart, and both arrived superbly packaged, and i remarkably good time, unlike a certain UK company that would use tissue paper if they thought they could get away with it, and in the condition one would expect buying items not that easily purchased.
A1

Great website and service. The packaging was fantastic and item well protected. I would highly recommend using Movie figures to purchase from in the future.

As usual, item delivered on time, well packaged and as described. I can’t fault Movie Figures at all and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great Customer Service.
Item was a pre-order and ended up being over 6 months delay from factory. They kept me updated as best they could & shipped it the same day it finally arrived with them.
