Decaf delights
I ordered Mozzo decaf beans to try with my new machine as other decaf brands I tested gave me poor results. I'm happy to say the Mozzo beans made much better decaf ... So will continue ordering.

BETTER THAN NESPRESSO
I tried Mozzo at a friends house. Up until now, I have been strictly Nespresso only pods but am now totally converted to Mozzo House Blend. Very helpful Customer Service aswell when an order was slightly out. Resolved the next day.

Brilliant customer service but bad beans
Brilliant customer service and lovely website. All easy to navigate and delivery was super quick with great packaging. Unfortunately the beans were not good—they were perhaps burnt? But the taste was awful. I tried several different grinds on my Niche, but every cup tasted like instant. These were decaf beans, so I'm not sure if their caff is better. Sorry!

We are so sorry to hear you did not enjoy the Decaf beans. We do roast our decaf a little darker than others, so we achieve a depth of flavour despite the lack of caffeine. However, it certainly should not taste as you've described so rest assured, we are looking into it.
